<br />for filing..-claims is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said Estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said Estate and not so filed, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said Estate and that the same
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that Edward C.Hann departed this life intestate on the 27th day of September,
<br />1942; that immediately preceding his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, 4braska,
<br />and that he left surviving him as his heirs -at -law, and his only heirs at. law, .the following named persons
<br />Wilbur Hann, son: Florence Hann Jackson, Daughter; and Maxine Hann Rupn, Daughter.
<br />The Court further finds that Edward C.Hann died possessed of the following described real estate
<br />situate in Hall County, Nebraska.:
<br />The Westerly One- third- (W -1/3) of Lot Six (6) in Block Sixty -Five (65), Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Part of Lot Thirteen (17) of the County Subdivision of the South Half (S-4) of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE14) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M. described as follows: Beginning at a. point in the Westerly line of said Lot
<br />Thirteen (13� T,nich lies 40 feet Southerly from its Northwest corner, running thence Easterly,
<br />and parallel with its Northerly line, 103 3/4 Feet; thence Southerly, and parallel.with its
<br />Westerly line 140 Feet; thence Westerly and parallel with its Northerly line, 103 3/4 Feet
<br />and thence Northerly, along its Westerly line, 140 Feet to the place of beginning, being a
<br />rectangular piece of ground having a Northerly frontage of 103 3/4 Feet on Charles Street
<br />(which is now 80 Feet in width and a depth of 140 Feet)
<br />and that said property did pass and descend by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, to the
<br />following named persons, share and share alike; Wilbur Hann, Florence Hann Jackson and Maxine Hann
<br />Rupn.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court, that the premises above described did
<br />pass and descend by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska to Wilbur Hann, Florence Hann Jackson
<br />and Maxine Hann Rupp, each an undivided one -third interest therein.
<br />The Court further finds that Edward C.Hann died possessed of a business known as "Hann's Tavern"
<br />located at 218 West Second Street,Grand Island,Nebraska, consisting of equipment, stock in trade
<br />and cash in hand, all of which did. pass and descend to Wilbur Hann, Florence Hann Jackson and Maxine
<br />Hann Rupp, share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that a contract was executed ttrhereby all the heirs consented to the sale
<br />of said Tavern to Wilbur Hann and William Rupp; that said contract is.fair in all r.espects, the same
<br />is ap,-)roved and the sale, ratified; the Court finding that the- procedds thereof, did pass and descend
<br />to the three above named heirs, share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that said Estate is not subject to any inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that distribution of all personal property has been made by the Adminis-
<br />trators and that the said Estate ought to be closed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of the Adminis-
<br />trators is approved in all respects; that distribution of all personal property has been made by
<br />the Administrators and their bondsmen are hereby released from any and all liability.

<br />I, Nannie Enevoldson, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and. publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give to the Grand Island Cemetery Association the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for the care
<br />and upkeep of my cemetery lot.
<br />THIRD
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real
<br />and personal, and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired, to the following: John Johnson, of
<br />Denver, Colorado, my brother; Tora Peters, my sister, of Lodgepole, Nebraska; Ida Lee, my sister, of
