<br />I, Wm.H.Smith, County Judge, in and for said County, do hereby certify that I have compared the
<br />foregoing copy of Decree on Final Account, Heirship and Distribution, In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, Deceased, ,,ith the original record thereof, now remaining in said court;
<br />that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of said original record; that said
<br />court has no clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I have the legal custody
<br />and control of said original record; that said court is a court of record, has a seal, and that said

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />In the matter of the estate ) N0. 3344
<br />of ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />Henry J.Uden, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 10th day of May, 1944, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Walter Augustin, administrator of the estate of Henry J.Uden, deceased, and the Court, having
<br />examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for
<br />the hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court) having examined the final report, together with the other files, and testimony
<br />offered in support thereof, finds that said report is true,and correct in all things and ought
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds thpt said. Henry J.Uden, deceased, departed this life on the 27th day
<br />of July, 1943, intestate, and at the time of his death was a, bona fide resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, that on the 9th day of August, 1943, a petition was filed. in the County Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, for the administration of the estate of Henry J.Uden, deceased; that due and
<br />legal notice was given fixing the date for hearing upon said petition, and in pursuance thereof
<br />on the 1st day of September, 1943, Walter Augustin was appointed administrator of the estate of
<br />Henry J.Uden, deceased, and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry J.Uden deceased, left surviving him, as his sole and
<br />only heir at law, Sene Augustin, a daughter, of legal age; that the wife of said Henry J.Uden,
<br />deceased, predeceased him.
<br />The Court further finds that the final report of Walter Augustin, administrator of said
<br />estate, is in all respects just, true, and correct; that notice has been given to creditors of
<br />the time for filing claims, and that the time for filing claims has expired, and that all claims
<br />allowed against said estate, including the expenses of administration and inheritance taxes, have
<br />been paid and satisfied.
<br />The Court further finds that all property belonging to said estate has been delivered to Sene
<br />Augustin, sole heir at law of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry J.Uden, deceased, died seized of the following described
<br />real estate;
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), in Block One (1), in Fry's
<br />Addition to the village of Doniphan, in Hall County, Nebraska..
<br />Lots Thirty -two (32) and Thirty -three (33) in Scudder's 2nd Addition to the village of
<br />Doniphan, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eight (S)
<br />Range Eleven (11), in Adams County, Nebraska,
<br />The east half of the southwest quarter of Section Eight (9), the east half of the southeast
<br />quarter of Section Eight (9) and the West half of the southwest quarter of Section Eight (9),
<br />all in Township Eight (8), Range Eleven (11), in Adams County, 4braska, and
<br />The northeast quarter, and the east 30 acres of the northwest quarter, of Section Seven (7),
<br />in Township Eight (8), North,Range Eleven (11), in Adamd County, 1�ebraska.
<br />that said real estate passed, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, to Sene Augustin,
<br />daughter and sole and only heir at law of said Henry J.Uden, deceased.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND I)ECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Walter
<br />Augustin, administrator of the estate of Henry J.Uden, deceased, be, and the same is hereby,
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final report, and said administrator is hereby discharged and
<br />his bond released, and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of Henry J.Uden, deceaeed, and not filed herein, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred, and are enjoined and precluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
<br />follows:
