<br />6. The Court further -finds that after the payment-of all expenses of administration, attorneys'
<br />fees and Administrator's fees the Administrator has on hand the sum of Thirty -seven and 50/100
<br />Dollars ($37.50), which said amount is hereby assigned to Robert B.Hisab eek.
<br />7. The Court further finds that the real estate described in paragraph Four above should be
<br />assigned to Robert B.Hilsabeck.
<br />9. The Court further finds that there are certain shares of stock in the inventory that were
<br />undisposed of by the Administrator during the Administration of this Estate. That said shares of
<br />stock should be assigned to Robert B.Hisabeck, surviving son.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED KwD DECREED BY THE COURT, that the final account
<br />of Robert B.Hisabeck, Administrp tors of the Estate of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, Deceased, be and the
<br />same is hereby allowed; that all claims against said estate have been fully paid. and satisfied and
<br />that all claims not duly filed against said estate have been barred; that Burtrum J.Hilsabeck was
<br />also known as B.J.Hilsabeck, and that notwithstanding the discrepancy in the spelling of his name
<br />he was one and the same person; that at the time of the death of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck he left sur-
<br />viving him as his sole and only heir at law his son, Robert B.Hilsabeck.
<br />IT IS FURTHEt?. CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that said Burtrum J.
<br />Hilsabeck was the owner at the time of his death of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Undivided one -half (112) interest in the North Fourtee (14) feet of Lot One (1), Block One
<br />(1), Blythe's First Addition and Lots One (1) and Two `2), Blythe's Second Addition to the
<br />Village of Kenesaw, Adams County, Nebraska;
<br />Undivided one -fifth (15th) interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Eight (�),
<br />Township Nine (9), North,Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEINE4) of Section Thirty -one (31), Township
<br />Two (2), North,Range Fourteen (14), West of the 6th P.I., in Franklin County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Three (3), Village of Henry, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Village of Henry, Scotts Bluff , County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Three (3) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE4NW4) and the East Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (E2SW4), all in Section Five 5), Township Twenty -three (23), North,
<br />Range Fifty -seven (57), in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter ( S2NW4) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N2SW4) and. the Northeast Quarter of the Northl ,,rest Quarter (NE:10*0 of Section Twenty -seven
<br />(27), Township Twenty-three (23), North,Range Fifty -eight (59), in Scotts Bluff County,
<br />Nebraska, except a tract of two acres in the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of
<br />the Northwest Quarter thereof;
<br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N2NE4); East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E2NW4);
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE4SW4); Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (SW4N.j); West Half of the Southeast Quarter (* SEZ) of Section Twenty -eight (28), and
<br />the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ( ANE4) of Section Thirty -three (33), all in
<br />Township Twenty-three (23), North, Range Sixty -one Z61) , Goshen County, Wyoming.
<br />That said above described real estate should. be, and the same is hereby assigned to Robert B.
<br />Hilsabeck, his son.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED) ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that all of the assets of the Estate
<br />of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, Deceased, have been disposed of to pay the claims filed and allowed against
<br />said. estate, expenses of last sickness and funeral expense of the Deceased and the expenses of ad-
<br />ministration, with the exception of the real estate hereinbefore described in Goshen County, Wy ^ming,
<br />and the shares of stock of deceased in the B.J.Hilsabeck Lumber Company; that in addition to the
<br />sums realized from the sale of asset? of said estate said Administrator has borrowed money to the
<br />extent of Fifty -one Hundred Dollars $5100.00) on his own credit which w as also used to pay said
<br />claims and indebtedness allowed against the Estate of said Deceased; that the remaining assets of
<br />the Estate of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck to which the said Robert B.Hilsabeck, surviving son, is entitled
<br />are of the value of Fifty -three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty -five Dollars ($53,725.00); that as
<br />son of said Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, Deceased, the said Robert B.Hilsabeck is exempt the value of Ten
<br />Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) before the assessment of a State Inheritance Tax and on said remain-
<br />ing sum of Forty -three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty -five Doll�rs 043,725.00) there is due the
<br />State of Nebraska, the sum of Four Hundred Thirty -seven and 25 100 Dollars ($437.25), which said
<br />sum is payable to the County Treasurer of Franklin County, Nebraska., as a State Inheritance Tax by
<br />the Administrator of this Estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this estate has been subjected to
<br />the payment of a Federal Inheritance tax of Five Hundred Ninety -seven and 84/100 Dollars ($597.84),
<br />which said sum has'been duly paid. by the Administrator of said Estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that after the payment of all expenses
<br />of administration, a.ttorneypt fees and Administrator's fees the Administr. -tor has on hand the sum
<br />of Thirty -seven and 50/100 Dollars ($37.50), TThich said amount is hereby assigned to Robert B.Hilsa-
<br />beck.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that there are certain shares of stock
<br />in the inventory that %rere undisposed of by the Administrator during the administration of said
<br />estate, which said shares of stock should be and hereby are assigned to Robert B.Hilsabeck, his son.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that upon his filing vouchers showing
<br />the payment of the sums so incurred and ordered paid an order of discharge from his trust as
<br />Administrator be issued out of and under the seal of this Court to Robert B.Hilsabeck.
