<br />Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, Deceased. ) HEIRSHIP AND DISTRIBUTION.
<br />NOW, on this 25th day of February, 1944, this cause came on to be heard upon the final account
<br />and petition for discharge of Robert B.Hilsabeck, Administrator of the Estate of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck,
<br />Deceased, the assessment of inheritance tax, if any, and the distribution of the personal property
<br />of said estate, the assignment of the real estate of said estate, and the evidence, and was sub-
<br />mitted. to the Court on consideration iehereof the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time
<br />and place of hearing on said final account, petition for discharge and the assessment of inheritance
<br />tax, if any, has been given to all persons interested in said estate as provided by law. There-
<br />upon, the Court being fully advised in the nremises finds as follows:
<br />1. That the said final account of the said Robert B.Hilsabeck, Administrator of the Estate of
<br />Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, is in all respects just, true and. correct; that due notice to creditors has
<br />been given; that all expenses of administration of said estate have been duly paid; that all
<br />claims allowed against said estate have been duly paid and any and all claims not filed against
<br />said estate have been duly barred.
<br />2. The Court finds that Burtrum J.Hilsabeck was also known as B.J.Hilsabeck.
<br />3. The Court further finds that at the time of the death of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck he left as his
<br />sole and only heir at law his son, Robert B.Hilsabeck.
<br />4. The Court further finds that Burtrum J.Hilsabeck was the owner at the time of his death of
<br />the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Undivided one -half (1 12) interest in the North Fourteen (14) feet of Lot One (1),Block One
<br />(1), Blythe's First Addition and Lots One (1) and Two (2), Blythe's Second Addition to the
<br />Village of Kenesaw, Adams County, Nebraska;
<br />Undivided one -fifth (15th) interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Eight (8),
<br />Tol,mship Nine ( 9) , North, Range Nine ( 9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NE4) of Section Thirty -one (31), Township
<br />Two (2), North,Range Fourteen (1*),West of the 6th P.M., in Franklin County, Nebraska.;
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Three (3), Village of Henry, Scotts Bluff County, Ne-
<br />bras:,i:a;
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Village of Henry, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Three (3) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE4NW4) and the East Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (E�.-SW4), all in Section Five (5), Township Twenty -three (23), North,
<br />Range Fifty -seven (57), in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S-Mlj) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N23114) and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEINW4) of Section Twenty -seven
<br />(27), Township Twenty -three (23), North,Range Fifty -eight (59) in Scotts Bluff County, Ne-
<br />braska, except a tract of two acres in the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter thereof.
<br />North Half of North -east Quarter (NHNE4); East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E2NW4)• North-
<br />east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE4SW4); Southwest Quarter of the Northeast 'quarter
<br />(SANE4); West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W SE') of Section Twenty -eight (28), and, the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW-NEll of Section Thirty -three t3), all in Town-
<br />ship Twenty-three (23), North,Range Sixty -one t61l, Goshen County, Wyoming.
<br />5. The Court further finds that all of the assets of the Estate of Burtrum J.Hilsabeck, Deceased,
<br />have been disposed of to pay the claims filed and allowed against said estate, expenses of last
<br />sickness and funeral expense of the Deceased and the expenses of administration, with the exception
<br />of the real estate hereinbefore described in Goshen County, Wyoming, and the shares of stock of
<br />deceased in the B.J.Hilsabeck Lumber Company; that in addition to the sums realized from the sale
<br />of assets of said estate said Administrator has borrowed money to the extent of Fifty -one Hundred
<br />Dollars ($5100.00) on his own credit which was also used to pay said claims and indebtedness
<br />allowed against the Estate of said Deceased; that the remaining assets of the Estate of Burtrum J.
<br />Hilsabeck to which the said Robert B.hilsabeck, surviving son, is entitled thereto are of the value
<br />of Fifty -three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty -five Dollars ($53,725.00); that as son of said Burtrum
<br />J.Hilsabeckt Deceased, the said Robert B.Hilsabeck is exempt the value of Ten Thousand Dollars
<br />010,000.001 before the assessment of a State Inheritance Tax and on said remaining sum of Forty -
<br />three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty -five Dollars ($43,72 00), t ere is due the State of Nebraska
<br />the sum of Four Hundred Thirty -seven and 25/100 Dollars 4_437.25), which said sum is payable to
<br />the County Treasurer of Franklin County, Nebraska, as a State Inheritance Tax by the Administrator
<br />of this Estate. The Court further finds that this estate has been subjected to the payment of a.
<br />Federal Inheritance tax of Five Hundred Ninety -seven and 84/100 Dollars ($697.84),which said sum
<br />has been duly paid by the Administrator of said Estate.
