<br />the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof, descends according to the laws of descent and
<br />distribution of the State of Nebraska as found in paragraph Sixth of this decree; further that said
<br />Susie J.Phifer, as Administratrix has made full and complete settlement of said estate and has paid
<br />unto herself all of the assets of said estate, her receipt for which is made a part of her said
<br />final report hereinbefore filed; that said estate has been fully administered and settled and she is
<br />therefore hereby discharged as Administratrix, her bond released and said estate fully settled and
<br />closed.

<br />SHORT WILL
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I, William T.Schooley of Wood River, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and. memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMEAT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as noon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, 1 give, devise and bequeath all
<br />personal and Real Property of whatever kind and wherever located to my beloveth wife Ella Edna
<br />Schooley. And it is further requested that at the decease of Ella Edna Schooley that said property
<br />that is left of my estate be given to William Robert Goff.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Ella Edna Schooley to be Executrix of this my last Will
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking all former will by me made
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 16th day of
<br />November, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred Twenty Nine. `

<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William T.Schooley deceased,
