<br />the taxes due and payable upon my estate, and the costs and expenses of administering the same.
<br />(b). That said trustees shall give, tl.zrn, deliver and distribute to.my daughter Anna Price my
<br />bids, bedding, dishes and cooking utensils, books and pictures, chairs, tables, radio, rugs, car-
<br />pets and curCins and any and all household furniture that may be in and about my home at the time
<br />of my death, the same to be hers, absolutely.
<br />(c). That said Catharine Kaspari, Mary Cunningham and Gertrrde Johnson and /or the successors
<br />or successor of them, shall, as such trustees, sell my real estate and, from time to time, divide
<br />the rents, profits and proceeds thereof, together with the income, profits and proceeds of any and
<br />all my moneys, securities, bonds, goods and chattels as follows: To my beloved children, Catharine
<br />Kaspari of York Nebraska; Nellie Manion of Oregon Wisconsin; Mary Cunningham of York Nebraska;
<br />Anna Price of '-fork, Nebraska; Ada Wochner of Wood River, Nebraska; Gertrude Johnson of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska., to each of them a one - seventh part thereof; and to my grandchildren, the children of my
<br />deceased son Arthur J.Price, Maxine Samson, Patricia Price and Mary Price, to each of them a one -
<br />twenty-firGt part thereof.
<br />2. I have loaned and advanced, and may hereafter loan or advance, moneys to certain of my
<br />children, which loans and advancements are and will be evidence by statements signed by them
<br />resoectively, or by charges made upon my books; and I will and direct that etch sums as have been
<br />or shall hereafter be so advanced shall be reckoned as if the same were part of my residuary estate,
<br />and as a satisfaction to that extent of the portion hereby UJ44,42, ven to such child or grand - child. I
<br />have advanced to my deceased son Arthur J.Price the sum of and I have paid his funeral
<br />expenses in the sum of $469,75; and I direct that the sum of 44.07 be reckoned as part of my
<br />residuary estate and as a satisfaction to that extent of the provision hereby made for and the
<br />portion given to his three children, Maxine Samson, Patricia Price and Mary Price.
<br />3. In order to carry out the provisions of this trust, I direct said trustees and /or the suc-
<br />cessors or successor of them, to lease said real estate, and to collect the rents and profits
<br />thereof, and to insure, repair and maintain the same, and to pay the taxes thereon until the time is,
<br />in the opinion of said trustees, opportune to sell it; whereupon I direct, authorize and empower
<br />said trustees, the successors or successor of them to sell and dispose of said real estate, either
<br />together or in parcels, and for the purpose aforesaid to execute all such deeds and assurances as
<br />they may see fit; and to sell and convey the same without asking or receiving the aid, consent,
<br />license, approval or confirmation of any court; and none of the beneficiaries herein shall be
<br />required to join in any conveyance so executed by said truste -s, but their deed shall be sufficient;
<br />and no purchaser of s,ich real estate shall be required to see to the application of the proceeds
<br />of any sale made under the provisions above c- nfErred.
<br />4. Whenever the number of trustees herein provided shall be reduced by death, inability to act,
<br />resignation or otherwise to two or less, I direct that the trustee or trustees surviving and con-
<br />tinuing to act, from time to time shall appoint in writing under thbir hands, another trustee or
<br />trustees in place of the person or persons whose office shall have become vacant, so that there shall
<br />be at all times, three trustees of the trust in this will established, and the person or.persons so
<br />appointed_ sha1.1 be vested with the same power and authority in every respect under this will as the
<br />persons nominated and appointed as trustees herein.
<br />5. I nominate, constitute and appoint said Catharine Kaspari, Mary Cunningham and Gertrude
<br />Johnson, the survivors or survivor, and the successors or successor of them to be executors and
<br />trustees of this, my last will and testament.
<br />In witness whereof, I the said John J.Price have, to this, my last will and testament, consist-
<br />ing of three sheets of typewritten paper, hereunto signed and subscribed my name this 21st day of
<br />March, A.D. 1936•
