That on the 6th day of October <br />1943, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Gertrude Longmate,deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set'my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this <br />6th day of October, 1943. <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D County Judge <br />OCT 6 1943 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />GERTRUDE LONGMATE, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 5th dfy of April, 1944, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report and <br />report on distribution of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, Grartl Island, Nebraska, Executor of <br />the Estate of Gertrude Longmate, deceased, and upon the petition of the Executor for the allowance <br />and approval of said report, settlement of said estate and discharge herein, and upon the petition <br />of Donald Flint for payment of all rent collected from real estate during the period of administration <br />to him, and upon the petition of the Grand Island Trust Company, of Grand Island,Nebraska, for an <br />order releasing it from any duty or obligation under a certain trust agreement filed herein, said <br />hearing having been continued from the 8th day of March, 1944, and the Court having examined the <br />records and files herein and being fully advised in the premi,es finds that due and legal notice <br />has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing on said <br />report and further finds that the report is true and correct in all things, and that the report <br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor, said estate settled <br />and closed and said Executor discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said Gertrude Longmate departed this life on the third day of <br />September, 1943, and that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; that she left surviving her as her heirs at law, one daughter, Ethel Flint White; three <br />grandchildren, Donald Flint, Dorene Flint Resh and Dorene Flint Roesch; and one great - grandchild, <br />Joyce Resh; that she left a Last Will and'Testament which was by the consideration of this Court <br />duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate on the 6th day of October, 1943, and Letters Testa- <br />mentary were duly issued by this Court to the paid Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska on the Estate of Gertrude Longmate, deceased. <br />The Court farther finds that due and legal notice has been given to-all persons of the time <br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased, and that the <br />time so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate and not <br />filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />asserting any such claim against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the Executor has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, all <br />debts against said estate and the costs of these proceedings, and that there was sufficient personal <br />property exclusive of rents collected from real estate owned by the deceased to pay all of said <br />items, and that the petition of Donald Flint, to whom the real estate owned by the deceased was <br />1 <br />1 <br />LJI <br />
