<br />did pass and descend at the death of the said August C.Menck, to his children, Roy A.Menck, Ray R.
<br />Menck, and Arthur C.Menck, in equal share to each, and that the last above described tract of land,
<br />having been conveyed to Arthur C.Menck, as trustee, by the said Roy A.Menck in settlement of the
<br />mortgage recorded in Book 67, at Page 112 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska., did
<br />pass and descend to the said. heirs of the said August C.Menck in equal shares.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that said estate be closed and settled; that the admin-

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />GERTRUDE LONGMATE
<br />I, Gertrude Longmate, of Grand Island, Nebraska., being of sound mind memory and understanding
<br />considering the uncertainty of death, do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made, in manner and form following, that
<br />is to say:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter
<br />named as soon after my decease as shall be convenient.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I direct that as soon as convenient after my death my Executor shall pay to the proper organit-
<br />ation of the Dannebrog Cemetery, at Dannebrog, Nebraska, such amount as may at the time of my death
<br />be necessary under the requirements of the organization for the permanent care of the half burial
<br />lot of my late husband, Richard Longmate, and my self.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I bequeath to my daughter, Ethel Flint White, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and no more,
<br />for the reason that I feel she has been properly and fairly provided for out of the estate of my
<br />late husband, Richard Longmate.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my grandson, Donald Flint, the South Sixty -six (66) feet of
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Eleven (11),Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to have and to hold the same forever; Provided, however, if he does not survive
<br />me, then it shall become a part of the trust estate created by the provisions of Paragraph Six
<br />hereof.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughter, Dolene Flint Resh all my household goods,
<br />furniture and furnishings, to have and to hold the same fo ^ever.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether now held by me or hereafter acquired,
<br />and whether real or personalty, I give, devise and bequeath unto the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company,
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska., in trust, to be held by said Trustee in trust for my great
<br />granddaughter Joyce Resh, daughter of Dolene Flint Resh, until she enters college, or, in the event
<br />she does not attend college, then until she attains the age of 21 years. During the period of this
<br />trust said Trustee shall keep all funds invested in approved investments, and after deducting for
<br />necessary expenses of administering said trust, all income shall annually be paid to my grand-
<br />daughter, Dolene Flint Resh, until her daughter Joyce Resh enters college or attains the age of
<br />21 years. If Joyce Resh enters college then my trustee, with the approval of the Court having
<br />jurisdiction of the trust, shall pay her or her guardian so much per month out of the principal
<br />and accruing interest as may be deemed to be of greatest benefit to her in securing a college
<br />education, Ontil the entire trust estate is exhausted. If Joyce Resh should die before the trust
<br />funds are exhausted then the balance shall immediately be paid to Dolene Flint Resh and the trust
<br />terminated, and if Dolene Flint Resh should die before Joyce Resh enters college or attains the
<br />age of 21 years then the income shall annually be paid to the guardian of Joyce Resh until she is
<br />entitled to the principal.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />I make no provision for my granddaughter Dorene Flint Roesch for the reason I consider her
<br />more fortunate and more able to look after her own welfare and less in need of any help I might
<br />be able to give.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />I hereby as a precautionary measure revoke any and all acts and deeds constituting or that may
<br />be claimed or asserted to constitute conveyances, assignments or transfers of any of my property
<br />either real or personal to any of the persons named herein on or about April 3, 1936, for the
<br />
