<br />The Court further finds thatthe widow and the heirs at law have receipted for all the personal
<br />property remaining undisposed of,and that there remains no property in the hands of the administ-
<br />rator for distribution.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Administrator be and he is here-
<br />by discharged and his bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William H.Packer died intestate in Hall County,Nebraska,on
<br />February 1,1943; that ho was at the time of his death a resident and citizen of Hall County,Nebras-
<br />ka-'that his sole and only heirs at law are his'widow,Grace P acker,his daughter,Beulah Ogburn,and
<br />his son,Perley H.Packer,and that there were no issue of any deceased child or children,him surviving.
<br />The Court further finds thatthe said William H.Packer'was at the time of his death the owner of
<br />the dollowing described real estate,to -wit:
<br />The South half of the Southeast Quarter (SJ SE4) of Section Fourteen (14),Township Ten (10),North4
<br />Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The South half of the Southeast Quarter (S91 SE4) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE* SEA) and the South half of the Northeast Quarter (SJ NE4),all iii Section Eight ((),Township
<br />Ten (10),North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,16,17 and 18,in Block 5,McColl & Leflang's Addition to the town of Wood River,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />That the South half of the Southeast Quarter (Si- SEJ),the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quart -
<br />er (NEB SEJ) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ('SEJ NEJ),all in Section
<br />Eight (t),Township Ten UO),North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />constituted the home and homestead of the said William H.Packer and his widow,Grace Packer,at the
<br />time of the death of the said William H.Packer.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREE:

<br />said above described real estate passed and
<br />Packer,Beulah Ogburn and Perley H.Packer,as
<br />them and this estate is hereby clos.-ed.

<br />descended by operation of law,in equal shares,to Grace
<br />tenants in common,and the same is hereby set off to

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AUGUST C.MENCK
<br />I, August C.Menck, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and
<br />testament:
<br />1. I direct that all my just debts, together with the expense of my last illness and funeral,
<br />be pe id.
<br />2. I hereby ive, devise and bequeath the sum of $100.00 each to my sons, Roy A.Menck, Ray R.Menck
<br />and. Arthur C.enck.
<br />3. The entire remainder of my estate I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Linnie K.Menck.
<br />In the event that my said wife, Linnie K.Menck, precedes me in death then it is my will that my
<br />estate be divided among my sons hereinbefore named, to -wit: Roy A.Menck,Ray R.Menck and Arthur
<br />C.Menck, share and share alike.
<br />4. I hereby appoint my said wife, Linnie K.Menck, executrix of this will and direct that she
<br />serve without bond.
