<br />1. That the report of Zelma R.Howard, Administratrix with Will Annexed, filed herein, be
<br />and the same is hereby in all things approved and allowed as and for her Final Account and in full
<br />settlement of her trust; that she be discharged as Administratrix with Will Annexed, and she and
<br />her bondsmen released from all further liability on their official bond.
<br />2. That Harold A.Howard died testate ^n the first day of September, A.D., 1943, a resident of
<br />Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him a widow, Zelma R.Howard, and sons,
<br />Glenn W.Howard and Robert G.Howard., all of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska; that he left no other
<br />living children or the living issue of any deceased children, and that said widow and sons are the
<br />sole and only heirs of his estate.
<br />3. That the residue of said estate, to -wit: The sum of $1516.04, the dental office equipment,
<br />one 1941 Pontiac Sedan, four hogs, and all other property, real, personal, or mixed, of 1,rhich the
<br />said Harold A.Howard died seized and possessed, be and the same is hereby assigned to the said
<br />Zelma R.Howard in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the
<br />said Harold A.Howard, Deceased.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HERMAN SCHUMANN
<br />I, Herman Schumann, of Grand Isla.ad, Hall County, State of Nebraska, do hereby declare this to
<br />be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary instruments by
<br />me made.
<br />I order and direct that my Executor shall make payment of my just debts end funeral expenses
<br />as soon after my decease as ccnveniently may be done.
<br />After the payment of such debts and expenses- w
<br />1. I give and bequeath to my sons, Reinhold W.Schumann and Ferdinand F.Schumann, and to the heirs\%
<br />of my deceased son Albert T.Schumann, the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to each of them; and further
<br />I also hereby make zancellation of any and all of the individual indebtedness to me of my sons,
<br />Reinhold W. Schumann, Ferdinand F. Schumann and Albert T. Schumann, for funds advanced to them in
<br />times vast for educational expenses and other purposes. �
<br />2. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of every kind �
<br />and nature and wheresoever situated, I hereby give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my
<br />six daughters, Lydia A.Motzkus, Frieda, H.McKira.han, Martha J.Sessinghaus, Emma M.Siddell, Hulda %S�
<br />B.Schumann and Rosalie M.Schumann, to have the same absolutely.
<br />LASTLY, I hereby make, constitute and appoint the Grand Island Trust Company, a corporation,
<br />of Grand. Island,Nebraska, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
