<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Harold A.Howard of Hooper in the County of Dodge State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain,
<br />publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />my beloved wife, Zelma R.Howard, all of my property may the Same be Real or Personal
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Glenn Howard to be Executor of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 13 day of
<br />March, in the year of our Lord, one thousand, nine hundred twenty two.

<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 9th day of March, A.D. , 1944, it being the day fixed for apt)roving
<br />the Final Account of the Administratrix with Will Annexed, and hearing on her petition for final
<br />settlement and determination of heirs; it appearing from proof on file that due notice was given
<br />by publication of the time heretofore fixed for said ]; ring and there being no objections on file,
<br />the Court being fully advised finds:
<br />1. That Harold A.Howard died testate on the lst day of September, A.D., 1943, a resident of
<br />Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska, and left surviving him his widow, Selma R.Howard., and sons,
<br />Glenn W. Howard and Robert G. Howard., all of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska; that he left no other
<br />living children or the living issue of any deceased children, and that said widow and sons are the
<br />sole and only heirs of his estate and the only persons interested therein.
<br />2. That on the 7th day of October, A.D. , 1943, the Last Will and Testament of said Harold A.
<br />Howard was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate, and on said date Zelma R.Howard was
<br />appointed Administratrix with will Annexed, qualified as such, and has been acting in said capacity
<br />ever since.
<br />3. That due notice wa.s given to creditors of the time limited within which to file claims
<br />against said estate; that such time has duly expired and all claims against said estate, including
<br />the expenses of the last illness of the decedent, his funeral expenses, and the costs of adminis-
<br />tration have been paid in full; that the further presentation and hearing on claims against said
<br />estate is forever barred; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska and no Federal
<br />estate tax due the United States of America.
<br />4. That the report of the Administratrix with Will Annexed filed herein is in all things true
<br />and correct and. should be approved and allowed as her Final Report; that there remains in the hands
<br />of the Administratrix with Will Annexed for distribution a balance of $1516.04,dental office equip.
<br />ment, one 1941 Pontiac 2edan, and four hogs; that by the terms and provisions of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of said Harold A.Howard, Deceased, the same was bequeathed to his widow, the said Zelma
<br />R.Howard.
<br />5. That the said Harold A.Howard, at the time of his death, and Zelma R.Howard, his wife, were
<br />the joint owners of Lot Ten (10), Block Twenty -six (26), in the Original Town of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, with right of survivorship, and that on the death of the said Harold A- Howard,
<br />all his right, title, and interest in and to said real estate terminated and the.said Zelma R.
<br />Howard became the absolute owner thereof.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED -BY THE COURT:
