<br />In the event that either my grandson,Paul William Ruple,or my grand daughter,Phyllis Ruple,shall
<br />die without leaving issue,the amount or amounts intended for each,under this trust fund,shall be
<br />paid over to the surviving grandson or grand daughter.
<br />SIXTH. In the event my daughter,Juanita Redfern,shall precede me in death,leaving issuej direct
<br />that the devised real estate herein made to hershall not lapse but shall descend to said issue
<br />by right of representation and in the event of a trust fund,as hereinbefore set out,the portion
<br />of said trust fund to be paid to the said Juanita Redfern shall also be paid to said Grand.Island
<br />Trust Company,as Trustee,to be managed and handled in like manner of that provided for the use and
<br />benefit of my beloved grandchildren,Paul William Ruple and Phyllis Ruple, nd the income paid in
<br />like manner,share and s.':,.are alike,for the use and benefit of the issue of said Juanita Redfern
<br />living at the time of my dpath,and the principals of said trust fund intended for -said issue of
<br />the said Juanita Redfern paid to them,share and share alike,on their respectively arriving at the
<br />age of twenty-one (21) years and twenty-five (25) years'in like manner as hereinbefore provided
<br />for the distribution of the principal sums provided for Paul William Rupple and Phyllis Ruple on
<br />their arriving at the ages oftenty-one years and twenty _ five (25) years,respectively.
<br />SEVENTH.Should my daughter,Juanita Redfern,precede me in death,leaving no issue ,,I direct that all
<br />provisions herein for her,both as to real estate and as to interest in any trust fund created
<br />shall lapse and the provisions herein for her made shall pass and descend to my grandson,paul
<br />William Ruple and my grand daughter,Phyllis Ruple,or to the survivor thereof,the intention being,
<br />how"ver,as 'to all provissions made that should any beneficiaries named in the Will precede me in
<br />the N death,leaving issue,the provisions of said devisees or legatees named shall not lapse but shall

<br />descend to the issue of said devisee or legatee living at the time of my death;a portion of any
<br />trust fund,however,under provisions hereof,passing to any minor children to be paid to the Grand
<br />Island-Trust Company,as Trustee, and liandled,managed,invested and disbursed for the benefit of
<br />said minor beneficiary or beneficiaries in like manner as provided for any other beneficiary herein
<br />and until said minor beneficiary or beneficiaries have arrived at the age of twenty-one (21) years
<br />and twenty-five (25) years,in like manner as hereinbefore provided for the distribution of'the
<br />principal sums provided for Paul William Ruple and Pyllis Ruple on their arriving at the ages of
<br />twenty-one (21) years and twenty-five (25) years respectively.

<br />EIGHTH. I hereby nominate and appoint my husband,Hans P.Hansen,executor of this my Last Will and
<br />Testament and direct that while acting in that caDacity,as well as while acting in the capacity
<br />of a Trustee,that he be riot required to furnish bond.
