<br />and Final Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARCUS CORNELIUS, DECEASED, with the original
<br />record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of
<br />the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court ha.s no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the fore -

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of ) FINAL DECREE
<br />MARY J.BOEHL,Deceased ) Case No.1339
<br />Now on this 16th day of February,1944,this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of
<br />Arthur H.Boehl,administrator of the estate of Mary J.Boehl,deceased,and it appears to the sat-
<br />isfaction of the Court that a notice has been given to all persons interested of the filin7 of
<br />said report and of the time appointed for settlement of said estate by publication as required
<br />by the order of this Court and no one appeared to object to the approval of said report.
<br />Upon examination t.hereof,the Court finds that the aadministrator has accounted for all of the
<br />estate of the said deceased which came into his hands or under his control;that at the t1me of
<br />filing said report,he had a balance on hand in the sum of $$590.31,which has been distributed to
<br />the heirs entitled thereto in ec,-in_ shares.He also had on hand two shares of City Service Company
<br />stock,being Certificate No.LA46508,which belongs to and is assigned to the heirs of Mary J.
<br />Boehl,deceased,to -wit: Arthur H.Boehl and 111arie C.Kranz,children of the said Mary J.Boehl, deceas-
<br />ed.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time
<br />allowed for the filing of claims against said estate;that said time has fully expired and that
<br />all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed,if any such exist,are forever barred and
<br />precluded ;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and that all per-
<br />sons are from filing or setting up any claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that Mary J.Boehl departed this life at Grand Island,Nebraska,on the 29th
<br />day of June,1943 ;that she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that she left no
<br />will and that her property passed and descended under the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska
<br />to her children and heirs- at- Iaw,Arthur H.Boehl and Idarie C.Kranz,in equal shares to each.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary J.Boehl died seized of real estate located in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,and described as follows,to -wit:
<br />Lot 3,in Block ll,in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,as
<br />surveyed,platted,and recorded.
<br />Lot 5,in Block 101,in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,as surveyed,platted,
<br />and recorded.
<br />Fractional Lot 4,in Block 2,of Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island,and its complements,
<br />to-wit: Fractional Lot 3 and the Easterly 12 feet of Fractional Lot 4 in Block 16 of Charles Was-
<br />mer's Addition to the City of Grand lsland,and the Easterly 21.23 feet of Fractional Lot 4 in Block
<br />10 of Palmer's Subdivision of Lot 7 of the County Subdivision of the SEI of SPd4 of Section 16
<br />in Township 11,Nprth of Range 9,West of the 6th P.11.,said tracts combined,making one complete
<br />lot with a frontage of 52 feet on Division Street and 132 feet in depth.
<br />The Southerly 1/3 of the Northerly 1 of Lot 5 in Block 65 in the Original Town,now City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Easterly
<br />line of said Lot,44 Peet Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot;thence ira Westerly
<br />direction and parallel to the Northerly line of said Lot,66 feet to the Westerly line thereof;
<br />thence in a Southerly direr tion along the Westerly line of said Lot,22 feet;thence in an Easterly
<br />direct ion and parallel to the Northerly line of said Lot,66 feet to the Easterly line thereof;
<br />thence in a Northerly direction along the Easterly line of said Lot,22 feet to the place of begin -
<br />ning,said property having a frontage of 22 feet on Spruce Street (now Wheeler Avenue) and extend-
<br />ing back 66 feet,subject to the conditions as to sewer privileges and the easements upon and in
<br />favor of said property as contained in deeds therefor recorded in Book 27 of Deeds at Page 222
<br />and in Book 29 of Deeds at Page 532 of the records of tiall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Center 1/3 of the Northerly 1 of Lot 5,in Block 65 of the Original Town,now City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,being a rectangular tract of ground having a frontage of 22 feet on Wheeler Avenue
<br />and extending in an Easterly direcetion 66 feet.
<br />The Northerly 116 of Lot 5 in Block 55 in the Original Town,now City of Grand 1sland,Nebraska,
<br />said premises having a frontage of 22 feet on Spruce Street (now Wheeler Ave nue)and extending
