<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to The West Half (W2 of Lot Seven,Island, in Section 9,
<br />Township 10, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., containing 21 acres.
<br />The Easterly 44 feet of Lot Six (6) in Block Sixty -nine (69) in the Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island.
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Five (5) in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island.
<br />The court finds that the said Conrad Lassen left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only
<br />heirs at law the following named persons:
<br />Dora Schweiger and Nancy Lindemann, his daughters, and that he left no widow surviving him.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF SAID CONRAD LASSEN, deceased, all of the right, title and interest of the testator in and to all
<br />of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass at his death to SIDNEY CONRAD WERNER,
<br />IDA SCHWEIGER, OLINE LINDEMANN AND NORMA LINDEMANN, his grand children, in equal shares and in
<br />absolute title
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the right, title and interest of
<br />Conrad Lassen in and to all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend
<br />at his death, under the provisions of his last will and testament, to Sidney Conrad Werner, Ida
<br />Schweiger, Oline Lindemann and Norma Lindemann, grand children of the testator, in equal shares
<br />and in absolute title, and it is accordingly awarded to them.

<br />The court finds that the said Conrad Lassen died seized in fee of Lots 109 a.nd 110 subdivision of
<br />Section 18, in Township 22, Range 35, in Brevard County, Florida, and that said lots descended
<br />under the provisions of his last will and testament to his daughters, Dora S.Schweiger and Nancy
<br />Lindemann, in equal shares.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARCUS CORNELIUS
<br />I, Marcus Cornelius of Grand Island,Nebraska, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life
<br />and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner
<br />and. form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST. I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of my last sickness, and charges of
<br />administering my estate and all my debts be paid out of my personal property. If that be insuf-
<br />ficient, I authorize and empower my executor, hereinafter named, to ' sell so much of my real estate
<br />as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Adelia Cornelius, all of my real and
<br />personal property to have and to hold the same during her natural life, but with full power to sell
<br />and convert any and all of my property, both real and _personal, into cash at any time, and reinvest
<br />the proceeds therefrom in good, safe income producing securities, so that she will be secure in
<br />having an income therefrom, and with full power and authority to sell any or all of said real and
<br />personal property at any time, and use all or any portion thereof if it becomes necessary for her
<br />support, maintenance, personal welfare, pleasure or comfort.
<br />THIRD. Upon the death of my wife, Adelia. Cornelius, I give, devise and bequeath all of my
<br />both real and personal, whencesoever and wheresoever situate and found, as follows:
