(SEAL) County Judge
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
In the matter of the estate
of ) FINAL DECREE.
CONF-AD LASSEN, DECEASED. )
Now on this 16th"day of August, 1924, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
John Thomssen, Executor of the last will and testament of Conrad Lassen, deceased, and it apnearing
to the satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that due notice as required by law
has been given to all persons interested of the filing of said report and.of the time fixed for
final settlement of the estate of said deceased.
After a full examination of said report the court, being fully advised in the premises finds
that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that said executor has accounted
for all of the estate of said deceased coming into his hands or under his control, has paid the
costs of administration and all claims filed and allowed against said estate and has paid the
funeral expenses, the expense of the last sickness, and has distributed the balance of the personal
-oroperty among those entitled to share in the distribution under the provisions of the last will
and testament of said deceased, and that there remains no money or other personal property in his
hands for distribution.
The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the said Conrad Lassen,
deceased, of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said de-
ceased and that the time allowed creditors for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims
outstanding against said. deceased not so filed., if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and
excluded.
It is therefore considered and ad,judgpd by the court that the report of. said exucutoe be and the
same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust.
It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever baared from filing or setting
uo
and claims or demands of whatsoever nature against the estate of C o nrad Lassen, deceased..
The court further finds that the said Conrad Lassen died on the 22nd day of September, 1923, that
he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of HAll County, Nebraska., and that he
laft a. last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in
this court on the 20th day of October, 1923, and recorded in this office.
The court finds that the said Conrad Lassen died seized in fee of the following described real
estate situate in the county of hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
An undivided one -third interest in and to the East Half of the South West Quarter (E-'T SW4) and the
P.M., containing 159 acres.
An undivided one -third interest in and to The West Half of the Northeast 4uarter of the Northeast
Quarter (W2 NE4 NE-.1) of Section 2, Township 10, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., containing 20 acres.
