425 <br />are forever barred and precluded, and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />been paid and satisfied, and that all persons are barred from filing or setting up any claim or <br />demand against the estate of Elizabeth Keefe, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that the specific legacies provided for in Paragraph Three of the will <br />of Elizabeth Keefe, deceased have been fully paid by Charleine Swan, the residuary legatee; that <br />receipts for said. legacies have been acknowledged and are on file in this Court. <br />The Court further finds that said Elizabeth Keefe departed this life on the 17th day of October, <br />1937, and on said date, she ?aas a resident of Grant County, Indiana; that she left a last will and <br />testament, which was duly proven, allowed, and. admitted to probate in the Circuit Court in and for <br />Grant County, Indiana, on the 21st day of October, 1937; that said will was duly proven, allowed, <br />and admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,on the 4th day of October, <br />1939, and said will was recorded in this ofKfice. <br />The Court further finds that Elizabeth eefe died seized of certain real estate located in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />26, Township 10, Range 12, subject to the life estate of Mary Ann Keefe and subject to the <br />right -of -way o� the Union Pacific Railroad Company, and subject 'to the Lincoln Highway right - <br />of -way over said premises. <br />that said land did pass and descend,in absolute title upon the death of Elizabeth Keefe, to Charleine <br />Swan, subject to the life estate of Mary Ann Keefe and to the right-of-way of the Union Pacific Rail- <br />road Company, and the Lincoln Highway across said premises, and said real estate is hereby awarded <br />to her. <br />The Court further finds that said. estate was subject to the Payment of inheritance tax as <br />found by the duly appointed appraiser thereof, and that the amount of inheritance tax was assessed <br />against the said estate and the legatees under said will is in the sum of $79.77; that said inher- <br />itance tax has been paid and receipt taken therefore and said receipt has been filed in this office. <br />.The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to any inheritance tax under the Laws <br />of the United States. <br />The Court further finds that Charleine Swan, as legatee under said will, is referred to as <br />Charline Swan; that her correct name is Charleine Swan, and the Court finds that Charleine Saran <br />and Charline Swan is one and the same person. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims filed against said <br />estate have been paid; that all other claims, if any, are Marred and precluded; that the real <br />estate above described, did pass and descend to Charleine S?aan in accordance with the terms of said <br />will, and said real estate is awarded to the said Charleine Swan. <br />IT IS FURTHE:� ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DFCREED BY THE COURT, that the judgment, which is shown on <br />record in the County Court and District Court of Hall County, iebraska, entitled Lizzie Keefe vs. <br />Joe Dunn in the sum of $644.63, above described, did pass and descend to Charleine Swan, and the <br />same is hereby awarded to her, and the administrator is authorized and directed to assign said <br />judgment to the said Charleine Swan. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said estate be closed and <br />settled; that the administrator, with the will annexed, be discharged and his bond released, and <br />that the Court costs in said estate have been fully paid and said estate is hereby closed and <br />settled. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />HALL COUNTY )ss' I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify <br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of Foreign Will, Certificate of Probate thereof and Final <br />Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH KEEFE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, <br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such <br />original record; that said.
