<br />Hendrickson, administratrix,be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as her final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said David Hendrickson,
<br />deceased, of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that the
<br />time allowed for filing claims has fully expired,and that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid and satisfied ;that all claims outstanding against said estate
<br />and not so filed,if any such exist,are forever barred and precluded.It is therefore ordered by the
<br />Court that all persons are barred from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of David
<br />Hendrickson,deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that '.e said David Hendrickson departed this life, on the 9th day of July,
<br />1939,and at the time of his death,was a resident of Hall County,Nebraska ;that he left surviving
<br />him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs- at- law,the following named persons:
<br />Addle Hendrickson,his widow,Fdna Woodburn,Heula Stogdill,Lafern Hervert,his daughters,and John
<br />Hendrickson,Guy Hendrickson,Harry Hendrickson,Robert Hendrickson,his sons, all of whom were of
<br />legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said David Hendrickson was at the time of his death the owner,in
<br />fee simple title,of the following described property situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Section Eight (8) and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (WNWJ)
<br />of Section Nine (9),in Township Eleven (11),North of Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P•.M.,
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (ERNE Y of Section Seventeen (17),in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North,of Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Also a parcel of land consisting of Eight (8) acres out of the Northeast corner of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEl) of Section Seventeen (17),in Township-Eleven (11),North,Range Twelve (12),West of
<br />the 6th P.M ,more particularly described as follows :Beginning at a paint at the Northeast corner
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) and thence running South Fifty -nine (59)rods ;thence runnin West
<br />Twenty -one and Forty -one Fifty- ninths (21- 41/59) rods ;thence runnin North Fifty -nine (59� rods;
<br />thence running East Twenty -one and Forty -one Fifty- ninths (21- 41/59 rods to the place of beginning.
<br />also the following described property situated in Buffalo County,,�ebraska,to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE¢) and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E NE,all in Section
<br />Nineteen (19),Township Eleven (11),North,of Range Thirteen (13),West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NWI) and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW SWJ) of Section
<br />Twenty -three (23),in Township Twelve (12),Range Thirteen (13),West,containing Two Hundred acres,
<br />more or less,according to the government survey,
<br />And all of that part of the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Section Twenty -three (23),in Township Twelve
<br />(12),North,of Range Thirteen (13),West of the 6th P.M.,more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of said Section
<br />Twenty -three (23) and running due East along the South line of the said Northeast Quarter (NEI)
<br />of Section Twenty -three (23) parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter to a point
<br />where said Southerly line intersects the Westerly side of the laid out and established road across
<br />said Northeast Quarter ;thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Westerly side of said laid
<br />out and established road to a point where said line intersects the Westerly line of the said
<br />Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty -three (23);thence due south along the Westerly line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty -three (23),parallel with the Easterly line of the said North-
<br />east Quarter of Section Twenty -three (27) to the place of beginning ;said tract of land being a
<br />triangular parcel of land containing approximately Fifteen (15) acres,a little more or less.An
<br />undivided One -fifth interest in the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Eight (9),Township Eleven
<br />(11),Range Thirteen (13).
<br />and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,all of the above described property
<br />belonging to the said David Hendrickson,deceased,did pass and descend at his death as follows:
<br />113 thereof to Addle Hendrickson,his widow,and 2/21 thereof to each of his children,named as
<br />follows,to- wit: Edna Woodburn,Beula Stogdill,Lafern Hervert,his daughters,and John Hendrickson,
<br />Guy Hendrickson;''-Harry Hendrick son,Aobert, Hendrickson ,his sons.
<br />subject however to the homestead rigLlj of said Addle Hendrickson in the above described premises
<br />and the said property is hereby awarded to the said widow and children of David Hendrickson,
<br />deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was appraised for inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska and that the report of the appraiser shows that said estate was not subject to
<br />inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska and the Court further finds that the said
<br />estate was not liable for inheritance tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed and allowed against said estate together with the
<br />funeral expense and the expense of last illness -of said deceased have been fully paid and satisfied,
<br />and that the Court costs herein have been paid,
<br />The Court further finds that the said Addle Hendrickson advanced the sum of $760.80 as shown by
<br />her report for the purpose of satisfying claims against said estate and that she makes no claim
<br />against the said estate for sum advanced.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described real estate
<br />did pass and descend to the widow and children of David Hendrickson above named as set forth
<br />herein ;that said estate is hereby closed and settled,and the administratrix is discharged and
<br />her bond released.
