That on the 11th day of January, 1943, said instrument to 'which this certificate is attached was duly proved, porbated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said James Leaden, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. On examination, the Court finds that said Executor has accounted for all of the estate of said. deceased which came into his hands or under his control; that he received the sum of $117.26 and that he has paid out an equal sum and that no money remains in his hands for distribution. t is ordered by the Court that the report of Frank Roche Leaden, Executor be and the same is hereby approved as his final account. The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed and the place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed has fully expired; that all claims outstanding against said deceased, not so filed, if any such exist, are forever barred and precluded and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied. It is therefore ordered by the Court that all persons are barred from filing or setting up any claim or demand against the estate of James Leaden, deceased. The Court further finds that said James Leaden departed this life on the 1st day of March,1942,.
