<br />IT IS ORDERED, That the said document heretofore filed, purporting to be the Last Will and
<br />Testament of said James Leaden deceased, be admitted to probate as the last Will and Testament of
<br />said deceased; that said Frank Roche Leaden be and he is hereby, appointed executor thereof, and
<br />that letters testamentary thereon issued to said petitioner upon taking the oath required by law
<br />and that no bond be required by virtue of the request contained in said will.

<br />I, James Leaden, a resident of the City of Cheyenne and State of Wyoming, being of sound and
<br />disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, declare and subscribe this instrument, in
<br />triplicate, as my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and /or codicils by me
<br />made.
<br />FIRST. 1 give, devise and beaueath unto my brother, Frank Roche Leaden, of Cheyenne, Wyoming,
<br />all of my property, wherever situated, of whatsoever kind or nature, real, personal or mixed, to
<br />the full extent of my interest therein, in fee, absolute or otherwise, of which I may die seized
<br />or possessed, or to which I may be entitled.
<br />SECOND. I desire, but do not direct, that my brother,. Frank Roche Leaden, shall give to our
<br />brother, Joseph Leaden of Ketchum, Idaho, the sum of $1000.00 in such manner and at such time or
<br />times as he may see fit and that he shall give to our nephew, James Wilson, of Kansas City, Kansas,
<br />the sum of $500.00 in such manner and at such time or times as he may see fit, if, in his opinion
<br />and in his full and unrestricted discretion, the value of my estate shall be such that there will
<br />be no financial hardship worked on him, Frank Roche Leaden.
<br />THIRD, I nominate and direct that my brother, Frank Roche Leaden, be appointed executor of
<br />this my la.-.)t Will and Testament, and that he serve without bond, and with full power to do and
<br />perform any act in connection with such appointment as may be accorded by law.
<br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 31st day of March, A.D., 1941.
