<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH HARLEY LILLEY, also known as JOSEPH H.LILLEY, DECEASED, with the

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )

<br />PAUL CLARK; DECEASED. )
<br />This matter coming on to be heard this 14th day of February, 1944, upon the application of
<br />Cecil M.Clark, Administrator herein, for a determination of heirs, and the Court being fully
<br />advised in the premises and upon the evidence adduced finds that Paul Clark departed this life
<br />on the 31st day of May, 1942, and that he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />at the time of his death; that he died intestate and that at the time of his death he was the
<br />owner of the following dexcribed real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) and Four (4), in Section Eight (8) and Lot Eleven (11), in Section Seventeen
<br />(17), Township Nine (9), Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that the said Paul Clark left surviving him as his heirs at law, his widow, Alice G.Clark;
<br />two sons, Earl R.Clark and Cecil M.Clark; and two grandchildren, being the children of a
<br />daughter, Ethel Burmood, who preceded him in death, they being Eugene Burmood and Leola Burmood
<br />Elijah; that real estate hereinabove described was the homestead of the said decedent at the time
<br />of his death; that subject to claims, funeral expenses and costs of administration and the home-
<br />stead interests of Alice G.Clark, widow, in said real estate, the real estate hereinabove passed
<br />and descended to said heirs at law in the following proportions, Alice G.Clark, an undivided one -
<br />third interest; Earl R.Clark and. Cecil M.Clark, each an undivided two- ninths interest; and
<br />to Eugene Burmood and Leola Burmood Elijah, each an undivided one -ninth interest.therein.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate have been allowed and paid,
<br />that the funeral expenses and expenses of last illness and administrative expenses have been paid,
<br />and that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax or estate tax to either the State of
<br />Nebraska or United States Government.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinabove
<br />described passed and descended, subject to claims filed against said estate funeral expenses and
<br />costs of administration all of which have been paid and subject to the homestead rights of Alice
<br />G.Clark, widow therein, to Alice G.Clark, an undivided one -third therein; to Earl R.Clark and
<br />Cecil M.Clark, each an undivided two - ninths therein; and to Eugene Burmood and Leola Burmood
<br />Elijah, each an undivided one -ninth interest therein.

<br />Now on this 2nd day of February, A.D. 1944, this cause came on for hearing on the FINAL REPORT
<br />of Walter H.Kellogg, Administrator of the estate of Cora E.Kellogg, Deceased, and it appearing
<br />to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all interested persons of the
<br />filing ofi said report, as required by law and by the order of this court, and it further appear-
<br />ing to the Court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the said Administrator is
<br />correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said
<br />Administrator has accounted for all of the estate which has come into his hands, it is
<br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Walter H.Kellogg, Adminis-
<br />trator of the estate of Cora E.Kellogg, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved as and for
<br />his FINAL REPORT.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
