<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 14th day of February, A.D., 1944, this matter came on for hearing
<br />on the final report and netition for final settlement and determination of heirship of H;G.Wellensie�.,
<br />administrator of said estate, there being no objections on file, the evidence was taken and the
<br />court being fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />1. That due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as
<br />provided by law and the former order of this court; that said final report has been carefully
<br />examined, found correct in all respects and should be approved and allowed.
<br />2. That all proceedings required by lair for the filing and allowing of claims against said
<br />estate have been had and complied with; that all debts, claims and demands not filed are forever
<br />barred; that the costs of administration have been paid in full.
<br />3. That there is no inheritance tax due from said estate to the State of Nebraska, and no
<br />Federal Estate tax due to the United States of America.
<br />4. That the said Joseph Harley Lilley, also known as Joseph H.Lilley, deceased, died seized
<br />and possessed of Lot 4, of Section 20, in Township 9, North of Range 11, West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska; that said real estate was sold under a license of the District Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, for the purpose of paying the costs and expenses of administration
<br />and the claim allowed against said estate; that the decedent left no personal property situated
<br />in the State of Nebraska, which came into the hands of the administrator; that said estate was
<br />insolvent and that after paying the costs and expenses of administration, there was a balance
<br />left on hand of $320.45, which amount was paid to Maud E.Lilley to apply on her claim; that
<br />there is no property, real or personal, or money in the hands of the administrator for distri-
<br />bution.
<br />5. That the said Joseph Harley Lilley, also known as Joseph H.Lilley, deceased, died intes-
<br />tate on the 2nd day of July, A.D., 1941, a resident of St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri;
<br />that he left surviving him, a widow, Maud E.Lilley, 2940 Charles Street, St.Joseph, Missouri,
<br />and the following named brothers and sisters, all of legal age, to -wit:
<br />Belle Hartman, Basin City, Wyoming,
<br />Daniel D.Lilley, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
<br />Edwin K.Lilley, Lincoln, Nebraska.
<br />Pharez B.Lilley, Prosser, Nebraska,
<br />Eunice M. Spillman, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Sarah Esther Pletcher, Alexandria, Nebraska,
<br />Orville H.Lilley, Loup City, Nebraska.
<br />that he left no living children or the living issue of any deceased children, or father or mother,
<br />or other brothers or sisters, or the living issue of any deceased brothers and sisters, and that
<br />the above named persons are the sole and only heirs of his estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court:
<br />1.
<br />That the final report of H.G.Wellensiek, administrator, filed herein, be and the same is
<br />hereby in all things approved and allowed as and for his final account and in full settlement of
<br />his trust; that he be discharged as administrator and he and his bondsmen released from all
<br />further liability on their official bond.

<br />Tha.t the said Joseph Harley Lilley, also known as Joseph H.Lilley, deceased, died intestate
<br />on the 2nd day of July, A.D., 1941, a resident of St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri, and left
<br />surviving him a widow Maude ELilleyy, brothers and sisters Belle Hartman, Daniel D.Lilley, Edwin
<br />K.Lilley, Pharez B.Lilley, Eunice M.Spillman, Sarah Esther Pletcher and Orville H.Lilley, all of
<br />legal age; that he left no living children or the living issue of any deceased children; or
<br />father or mother, or other brothers or sisters, or the living issue of any deceased brothers
<br />and sisters, and that said widow, brothers and sisters are the sole and only heirs of his estate.
