<br />This matter coming on to be heard this 8th day of February, 1944, upon the application of Leonie
<br />R.Grace, Administratrixherein, for a determination of heirs herein, and the Court being fully ad-
<br />vised in the premises and upon the evidence adduced find that the said Milledge F.Grace departed
<br />this life on May 3, 1943, a resident and inhabitant of Cheyenne, Wyoming; that, he died intestate
<br />and that at the time of his death he was the owner of an undivided one -half interest in the follow-
<br />ing described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEA -- NEB) and the East Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (E2 SE4) (except such portion as used for railroad and highway purposes and for a
<br />schoolhouse site) of Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Ten (10), North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />that the said Milledge F.Grace left surviving him as his heirs at law, his widow, Leonie R.Grace;
<br />one brother, Harry M.Grace of. Durango, Colorado; one sister, Charleen Baker of Cheyenne, Wyoming;
<br />and four nephews, being the sons of Richard A.Grace, a brother of Milledge F.Grace who had pre-
<br />ceded him in death, said nephews being J.Milledge Grace, also known as James M.Grace; Darrell
<br />Grace, Conway R.Grace and Robert E.Grace, all of Powell, Wyoming; that subject to claims, funeral
<br />expenses and costs of administration the interest of the said Milledge F.Grace in the real estate
<br />hereinabove described passed and descended to said heirs at law in the following proportions, to-
<br />wit: Leonie R.Gra.ce, an undivided one -half thereof; Harry M.Grace and Charleen Baker, each an un-
<br />divided one -sixth thereof and J.Milledge Grace, also known as James M.Grace, Darrell Grace,
<br />Conway R.Grace and Robert E.Grace, each an undivided one twenty - fourth thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate have been allowed and paid,
<br />that the funeral expenses and expenses of last illness and administrative expenses have been paid,
<br />and that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax or estate tax to either the State of
<br />Nebraska or the United States Government.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinabove
<br />described passed and descended, subject to claims filed against said estate and costs of adminis-
<br />tration which have been paid out of the proceeds from the sale of said real estate, to Leonie R.
<br />Grace, an undivided one -half thereof; to Harry M.Grace and. Charleen Baker, each an undivided one -
<br />sixth thereof; and to J.Milledge Grace, also known as James M.Grace, Darrell Grace, Conway R.Grace
<br />and Robert E.Grace,each an undivided one twenty - fourth interest therein.
