<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein
<br />by the Administrator is hereby approved; that all claims not filed are forever barred; that the
<br />report of the Inheritance Tax Appraiser,is approved, and that all expenses of administration,
<br />attorney's fee, court costs and inheritance tax as levied and assessed have been paid, and re-

<br />Now on this 2nd day of February, 1944, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of
<br />Francis C.0'Keefe, Administrator of the Estate of Cornelius O'Keefe, deceased,
<br />and. upon the petition of said administrator for the allowance and
<br />approval of said report, the settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the Court
<br />being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persona
<br />of the time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said final report and there being
<br />no objections to said report, and the Court having examined the same, and upon the evidence pro-
<br />duced, finds that said report is true and correct and that the same ought to be approved and allowed
<br />as and for the final report of said administrator, said estate settled and closed and said adminis-
<br />trator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Cornelius O'Keefe departed this life on the 30th day of
<br />December 1942, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that the said Cornelius O'Keefe died intestate; that a petition for Letters of Adminis-
<br />tration was filed on the 21st day of June, 1943 asking that said estate be admitted to probate
<br />and that Letters of Administration be granted to Francis C.0'Keefe, son of the deceased, upon the
<br />goods, chattels, Peal estate, rights and credits of the said Cornelius O'Keefe, deceased, and upon
<br />a hearing held upon said petition after notice was duly given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate, said estate was admitted to probate on the 14th day of July, 1943, and Letters of Adminis-
<br />tration were duly issued by this Court to the said Francis C.0'Keefe on the estate of Cornelius
<br />O'Keefe, deceased,
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased., and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and'not
<br />filed within the time limited by the Court, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate; the Court further finds that the said administrator
<br />has personally paid the funeral expenses of said estate and the costs of these proceedings, and
<br />that no claims Twere filed against said estate; that the only personal property in said estate
<br />consists of a one-half interest in a small quantity of corn on the real estate which has not yet
<br />been disposed of and a small claim filed against the Estate of Mary Ann Keefe, deceased, for unpaid
<br />taxes on the real estate due, to all of which the said. Francis C.0'Keefe is entitled as sole heir.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said decea..se`d was not subject to an inheritance tax
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United
<br />States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Cornelius O'Keefe was possessed of the following real
<br />estate at the time of his death:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJNEJ)
<br />and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E2 SEJ) (except that portion reserved for rail-
<br />road purposes and conveyed for school and highway purposes) of section Twenty -seven (27),
<br />Township Ten (10), North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said Cornelius O'Keefe left surviving him at the time of his death Francis C-.0'Keefe,
<br />a son, who was his sole and only heir at law, and that the wife of said deceased had preceded
<br />him in death, a'nd that all of the real estate hereinabove described passed and descended to the
<br />said Francis C.0'Keefe.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Francis C.0'Keefe, Administrator of the Estate of Cornelius O'Keefe, deceased, be and the same
<br />
