Francis C.0'Keefe is entitled as sole heir. <br />The Court further finds that the estate of said decea..se`d was not subject to an inheritance tax <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United <br />States. <br />The Court further finds that the said Cornelius O'Keefe was possessed of the following real <br />estate at the time of his death: <br />An undivided one -half interest in the southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJNEJ) <br />and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E2 SEJ) (except that portion reserved for rail- <br />road purposes and conveyed for school and highway purposes) of section Twenty -seven (27), <br />Township Ten (10), North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That the said Cornelius O'Keefe left surviving him at the time of his death Francis C-.0'Keefe, <br />a son, who was his sole and only heir at law, and that the wife of said deceased had preceded <br />him in death, a'nd that all of the real estate hereinabove described passed and descended to the <br />said Francis C.0'Keefe. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said <br />Francis C.0'Keefe, Administrator of the Estate of Cornelius O'Keefe, deceased, be and the same <br />
