<br />$100.00 has been paid to the County Judge for the benefit of said Charles J.Palmer, said legatee
<br />having refused to sign a receipt therefor, that the personal belongings bequeathed under Paragraph
<br />Second of said last will and testament have been delivered to Helen Schourup; that the sum of
<br />$200.00 has been paid to the City of Grand Island for perpetual care of the cemetery lots of
<br />H.J.Palmer in the Grand Island Cemetery, as provided in Paragraph Third of said last will and
<br />testament, and all other personalty has been paid and delivered to Helen Schourup and Herbert G.
<br />Palmer, residuary devisees and legatees.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mabel W.Palmer at the time of her death was the owner of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax, state or Federal, to be paid in
<br />said estate.
<br />IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that the share of said Charles J.Palmer in said estate, in the
<br />amount of $100.00, be paid to the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for the benefit of said
<br />legatee.
<br />A one -fifth interest in all of the following described real estate:
<br />The north 10 acres of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 11,
<br />Range 9 West of 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Compeacing at the north-
<br />west corner of Section 10, Township 11 North,Range 9 West of 6th P.M., running thence 20
<br />rods south; thence 80 rods east; thence 20.rods north,thence 90 rods west, to place of
<br />beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The east 6 feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6 in Block 109 in_Railroad Addition to the city
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, - r
<br />The east half of the northeast quarter, the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter,
<br />a and the southeast quarter, of Section 9; and the west half of the west half of Section
<br />10, and the west half of the west half of Section 15, all in Township 16, Range 22, in
<br />Custer County, state of Nebraska,
<br />Lot 7 in Block 5 in John Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and that said real estate was bequeathed and devised to Helen Schourup and Herbert G.Palmer,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax, state or Federal, to be paid in
<br />said estate.
<br />IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that the share of said Charles J.Palmer in said estate, in the
<br />amount of $100.00, be paid to the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for the benefit of said
<br />legatee.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Nickolas C.Burkerd left him surviving as his heirs and
<br />legatees the following named persons, viz:
<br />Melissa Burkerd, his wodow, and Ida M.Bence, Hannah M.Brocklehurst and Evalena Brocklehurst,
<br />his daughters and that under the terms of the last will and testament of the said Nicholas
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of
<br />William Suhr, Executor, be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for his final
<br />report, said estate is hereby settled and closed, and said executor discharged and his bond
<br />as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described passed and descended, under and by virtue of the last will and testament of said Mabel
<br />W.Palmer, deceased, to Helen Schourup and Herbert G.Palmer, share and share alike.

<br />In County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of Final Decree
<br />Nicholas C.Burkerd, deceased.
<br />Now on this 20th day of February, 1904, this cause came on for hearing upon the account of
<br />William A.Colwell, Executor of the last will and testament of Nickolas C.Burkerd, deceased, and it
<br />satisfactorily appearing to me from the proof on file, that all persons interested in said estate
<br />have been duly notified by publication, and no one appearing to object, and after a full examina-
<br />tion of said account, the Court finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be.
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The Court finds that creditors of said estate were allowed six months from the 20th day of
<br />August, A.D. 19o4, in which to file their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall
<br />County; that said time has fully expired; that due and legal notice was given all persons,
<br />brTth by publication and by posting, of the time allowed and place appointed for presenting
<br />claims against s&id estate; that all claims filed have been paid, and that the said executor
<br />has fully accounted for all of said estate which came into his hands.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Nickolas C.Burkerd was at time of his death the owner
