Present Paul N.Kirk County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate of <br />Mabel W.Palmer, Deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on <br />the 2�th day of September., 1942, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of <br />Mabel W.Palmer, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of October <br />1942, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Mabel W.Palmer deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />21st day of October, 1942. <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D County Judge <br />OCT 21 1942 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the matter of the estate ) No. 3220 <br />of ) FINAL DECREE <br />Mabel W.Palmer, Deceased. ) <br />Now, on this 27'" day of December, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of William Suhr, Executor of the estate of Mabel W.Palmer, deceased, and upon his petition for <br />settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, said hearing having been continued from the <br />8th day of September, 1943, <br />The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being duly <br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore or- <br />dered by the Court, and no one appearing to object thereto, the Court examined same, together with <br />the vouchers on file and testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds <br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for <br />the final report of said executor. <br />The Court finds that Mabel W.Palmer died on the 23d day of September, 1942, and at the time of <br />her death was a resident and. inhabitant of Hall - County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 28th day of September, 1942, a petition was filed herein <br />for the probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said Mabel W. <br />Palmer, deceased; that the Court thereupon fixed the 21st day of October, 1942, as the date for <br />making proof of said last will and testament, and due - notice of filing said petition, and of the <br />time and place fixed for,the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law; <br />that on the 21st day of October, 1942, said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitted to <br />probate in this Court as and for the latist will and testament of said Mabel W.Palmer, deceased; <br />that said William Suhr, named in said last will and testament as executor, was on said date duly <br />appointed as executor, and thereupon duly qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims, and that all claims filed have been paid, and <br />that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said estate, <br />if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that all costs and expenses of administering said estate have been <br />paid, and all legacies provided for under the terms of the last will and testament of said Mabel <br />W.Palmer, deceased, have been paid; that the legacy provided for Charles J.Palmer in the amount of <br />1 <br />I <br />U <br />D <br />1 <br />
