397 <br />Lots one (1) and Two (2) Block Five (5) in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The North Forty Eight Feet (49) of Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8-), Block Eight (8) <br />in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWU of section Eighteen (19) Township Fourteen (14) North,Range <br />Fifty Four (54) West of the Sixth P.M. in Kimball County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that the wife of the Deceased predeceased him and that by,the terms <br />of the last will and testament of the Deceased, the children of the Deceased, to wit: <br />Lydia Campbell, of Grand Island,Nebraska, daughter, <br />Frank H.Brase, son, of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />Edward J.Brase, son, of Grand Island,Nebraska, and <br />Fritz C. Brase, son, of Grand Island,Nebraska <br />are the residuary legatees and that the personal property of the Deceased and the real property <br />of the Deceased should be assigned and set over unto said residuary legatees.,share and share <br />alike as provided by the terms of the said last will and testa ment of the Deceased. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that claims not filed ag&.inst the <br />estate of the Deceased within three months from September 2nd., 1942, be and the same are forever <br />barred. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the sale of the grocery store of the Deceased to Edward J.Brase, <br />for the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars be apt roved and that said account and the store <br />accounts of the Deceased and all other undistributed personal property of the Deceased, be <br />assigned and set over unto the residuary legatees of the Deceased hereinbefore named, in equal <br />shares, share and share alike. <br />WILL AND DECREE <br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MABEL W.PALMER <br />KNOW ALL MFN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I. Mabel W.Palmer, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />being.of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under undue influence, do <br />hereby make, ordain and establish this to be my last will and testament, as follows: <br />FIRST. <br />I direct that all of my just debts shall be paid by my Executor from my personal property <br />as soon after the time of my death as may be convenient. <br />SECOND. <br />I give and bequeath all of my dishes, silverware, jewelry, clothing, and other personal <br />belongings that may be in my home, to my sister, Helen Schouroup, of Los Angeles, California, <br />from which she may retain such part thereof as she may desire to keep and divide or dispose of <br />the remainder thereof in such manner as she may think best. <br />THI RD. . <br />.I direct that my Executor shall pay to the City of Grand Island the sum of Two Hundred Dollars <br />($200.00) for the perpetual care of the lots of my father, H.J.Palmer, in the Grand Island,Cemetery. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lydia Campbell have a lien against the real estate of the Deceased <br />hereinbefore Described for the sum of seven hundred fifty six & 52/100 Dollars and that Fritz C. <br />Brase have a lien against such real estate for the sum of Three hundred forty two & 53 /100 dollars, <br />' <br />to be paid out of the rents and profits of said real estate and out of the funds now on hand in <br />• <br />the hands of the Administratrix, and that subject to said liens, said real estate be assigned and <br />set over unto the following named residuary legatees, share and share alike, to -wit: <br />Lydia Campbell, daughter, an undivided',one fourth, <br />Frank H.
