<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />Now on this 9.th day of January, 1944., this cause came on for hearing upon the Second Amended
<br />Inventory filed herein; and it appearing to the court that an application was addressed to this
<br />court, duly verified, by Pearl Brown, one of the three hairs -at -law of the above -named deceased,
<br />praying; for althority and permission to reopen said estate, to file an amended inventory to in-
<br />clude fractional interests in certain pieces of real estate, and to have a supplemental decree
<br />entered herein; and it further appearing to the court that by order dated January 7, 1944, said
<br />application was granted by this court; and it f•.i.rther appearing that said Second Amended. Inventory
<br />was filed by the said Pearl Brown on said c.ate; and it further appearing upon a consideration of
<br />the foregoing facts, and upon the court being fully advised in the premises that a supplemental
<br />decree sh ould be entered herein for the purpose of including within the scope of the decree of
<br />this court the undivided interests above mentioned;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT tilat all of the findings of the
<br />original Final Decree of the court, filed on J;ly 8, 19'1 -2, be reaffirmed and considered as the
<br />decree of this court, except that in listing the real estate owned by the said deceased, the
<br />following described interests in real estate of which Robert R.Ellis died siezed should be
<br />added and included, to -wit:
<br />An undAvid.ed one -fifth (1/5) interest in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Ti.,Tenty -eight
<br />(28), Township Eleven (11), North,Range Ten (10), west of t' e 6th P.M., in Hall County, Ne-
<br />bra.ska; and
<br />An undivided one - thirty -fifth (1/ 5th.) interest in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(S -3WI4) of Section T- ,�Tenty -one (21) and the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty -nine
<br />(29), Township Eleven (11),North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />and that the provisions of the decree relating to real estate and the division thereof, should
<br />titirith the addition of the interests described above, read as follows:
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the "following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />The west Forty -four (44) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Twenty (20), Section Five (5),
<br />Township Ten (10),Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., Village of Alda, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Lots Eigght (8) and Nine (9) in Block Ten (10), Section Five (5), Township Ten (10), Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Clarkson's Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block Three (3)
<br />Clarkson's First Addition to the Villa. e of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in the North -west Quarter (NW4) of Section Fifteen
<br />(15), To,,tinship Twenty -two 22), Range 'Thirty (30), West of title 6th P.M., Finney County,
<br />Kansas;
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty-
<br />eight (28), Township Eleven (11),North,Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one - thirty -fifth (1 /35th) interest in the South Half of the South?.rest Quarter
<br />(S SA) of Section Twenty -one (21) and the NorthT,rest Quarter (NW-41) of Section Twenty -nine
<br />(29), To?,,,rnship Eleven (11), North,Ra,nge Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />did pass and descend on the death of Robert R.Ellis, under the terms and rrovisions of the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska in the following manner, to-wit: To Della B.Ellis, an undivided 1/4
<br />interest herein; to Pearl Brown, an undivided 3/8 interest therein; to Roy Ellis, an undivided
<br />3/9 interest therein:
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that except for said additional items of real estate, said original
<br />decree remain in full force and effect, and the provisions of said decree are reaffirmed.
