<br />from September 3,1943,as tine time for filing claims against said estate,and that all claims not filed
<br />within that time would be forever barred,and that hearing on claims would be had on December 70,
<br />1943, before the Court at nine o'clock A.M. , in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That notice thereof was given to all creditors of said estate by publication according to law,and
<br />that Proof of Publication in on file herein.
<br />6.That the time limited for filing said claims has long since expired,and no claims whatsoever have
<br />been filed.That all claims not filed within the time limited for the same should be forever barred.
<br />7.That said Lebbeus A.Stevenson died a widower,and left surviving as his sole and only heirs at
<br />law,the following named persons,to -wit:
<br />Maud E.Harding,legal age,daughter,Doniphan,Nebraska
<br />Thomas F.Stevenson,leYal age,son,Doniphan,Nebraska
<br />Marie Pankau, l egal a,e, daughter, Doniphan, IL1ebraska
<br />That said deceased left no other child or children other than those named above,and no child or
<br />children of any deceased child him surviving.
<br />8.That said deceased died seized and possessed of the personal property which the inventory refers
<br />to,as having been converted Into cash;also to the interest in real estate which is part of the
<br />assets of the estate of rIiartt- a Shalter, deceased, being Case No.14392, in the Probate Court of
<br />Tuscarawas County,Ohio,and of the real estate known and described as
<br />Northwest Quarter (IV-11) of Section Thirty -four (34) Township Nine (9),North,Range Nine (9),West
<br />of the 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska. 2•
<br />That all of said personal property and real estate descended to the heirs above named in Paragraph
<br />7,in accordance with the laws of inheritance of the State of Nebraska,on the date of the death
<br />of said deceased,share and snare alike,to each of them an undivided one- third'interest therein.
<br />;?.That no part of said estate is subject to Federal Estate Tax or State Inheritance Tax,after
<br />taking into consideration the exemptions provided by law.
<br />10.That as shown by the final account of the administrator all expenses in said estate are paid
<br />in full,including funeral and undertaking charges and costs of administration,and at the time of
<br />filing said report there remains as a balance in the hands of the administrator the sum of $173.60,
<br />which sum has now been disfibuted to the heirs named in Paragraph 7 hereof, share and share alike,
<br />as per receipts now on file. That the final account of the administrator is correct and true in every
<br />respect,and it,and all the acts and doings of said administrator,should be approved and said
<br />administrator should be discharged from further duty and responsibility and his bond released and
<br />said estate fully closed.
<br />IT IS THEE -EFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED ARID DECREED that each and all of the findings hereinbefore
<br />made,be and the same are hereby decreed to be true to the same effect and purpose as if they were
<br />specifically set forth herein.That the persons named above,in Paragraph 7,are the sole and only
<br />heirs at law of said deceased,and that all the estate assets became the property of said persons
<br />in accordance with the laws of inheritance of the State of Nebraska,on the date of the death of
<br />said deceased,each of diem inheriting an undivided 113 interest therein.
<br />That said estate is not subject to any Federal Estate Tax or State Inheritance Tax. 3.
<br />That all claims not filed within the time limited for filing the same are forever barred.That the
<br />final account of the administrator is in all things approved and that said estate is hereby
<br />clo5ed,said administrator discharged and his bond released.
