<br />I ay of June,l943,at 10 o'clock A.P,I.at the County Court Room in said County as the time and place
<br />for hearing said petition,and ordering that notice be given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter by publishing a copy of said order in the Grand Island Independent,a legal newspaper
<br />printed and published in said County for eight successive weeks prior to said day of hearing,and
<br />it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by this Court.
<br />THIRD
<br />The Court further finds that on the 16th day of June,1943,the absentees Cyrl Bootman and Lester
<br />Bootman,each failing to appear,found that said cause should be continued for thirty days from
<br />said date,and that R.Frederick Sinkbeil was appointed to represent said absentees and each of them
<br />and to investigate the allegations of said petition of Lola M.Walker filed in said cause,and make
<br />due report thereof at a hearing to be held before said Court on July 16,1943,at 10 o'clock A.11.,
<br />to which time said cause was continued by order of said Court.
<br />FOI?RTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 16th day of July,1943,said R.Frederick Sinkbeil filed his
<br />report in writing setting forth that after diligent search by him for said absentees and each of
<br />them,and making investigation and examination of thgallegations set forth in said petition of
<br />Lola M.Walker,that he found nothing upon which to base a belief or suspicion that said petition
<br />was in any wisdeerror and the Court thereupon on the 16th day of July,1943,found that said Cyrl
<br />Bootman and Lester Bootman and each of them are officially dead,that they died intestate,that
<br />the allegations set forth in said petition of said Lola M.Walker are true and thereupon appointed
<br />Lola M.Walker adm'-nistratrix of the estates of Cyrl Bootman and Lester Bootman,deceased,who,upon
<br />filing her bond as fixed by the Court, qualified as such Administratrix and Letters of Administratim
<br />were duly issued to said Lola M.Walker on July 24,1943,therein.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of July,1943,an order of this Court was made allowing
<br />creditors three months in which to file their claims against said estates from the 18th day of
<br />August,1943,and further ordering that a notice of the same be published in the Grand Island
<br />I ndependent,a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County,Nebraska,for three con-
<br />secutive weeks prior to the 18th day of August,1943,and that a hearing be had on any claims filed
<br />against said estates at the County Court Room in said County on the 22nd day of November,1943,
<br />at 9 o'clock A.M.,and it appears by proof on file that notice.of said order was published as
<br />ordered by this Court.
<br />SIXTH
<br />The Court further finds on the 24th day of July,19431said Lola M.Walker,as Administratrix,filed
<br />her inventory of the property of said estates,and that according to the inventory,tne deceased
<br />died seized and possessed of the following described property,to -wit:
<br />Cash in the sum of $127-96
<br />The two deceaseds together owned an undivided three- eights interest in and to Lot Ten (10) in
<br />Block Thirty -two (32) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,subject to the life
<br />estate for and during the natural life of Joseph B.Smith,which life estate is owned and held by
<br />Lola M.Walker.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />The Court further finds that the said Cyrl Bootman and Lester Bootman left them and neither of
<br />them any wife,children or parents surviving and that the only heir at law of said decedents is
<br />Lola M.Walker,their aunt,and that she is the sole heir at law of each of said decedents and that
<br />the property set forth in the inventory filed in said estates,passed and descended under the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska unto said Lola M.Walker in fee simple absolute.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />The Court further finds that all just debts and claims against said estates and the costs of
<br />a&ministration,have been fully paid and distribution made according to law and that there remains
<br />nothing in the hands of said Administratrix for further distribution ;that the time has expired
<br />for the filing of claims against said estates and that all persons holding claims against said
<br />estates are hereby barred and enjoined from asserting such claims against the property of
<br />said estates.
<br />NINTH
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estates,all debts,claims,
<br />costs of administration,other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the heir
<br />at law in said estates,that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,no inheritance tax whatsoever,nor is there any estate tax due the United States of
<br />America from this estate.
<br />TENTH
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that any claims now outstanding against
<br />said estate be and the same hereby are forever barred and enjoined against the assets of this
<br />estate or the heir at law thereof;
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Lola M.
<br />Walker,Administratrix of said estates,be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such;
<br />further that Lola M.Walker is the sole and only heir at law of said Cyrl Bootman and Lester
<br />B ootman,deceased,and that the property described in paragraph Sixth hereof,passed and descended
<br />according to the laws of the State of Nebraska and the finding of this Court in paragraph Seventh
<br />of this Decree;further that said estates have been fully administered,receipts for all assets
<br />duly filed herein and said Administratrix is hereby discharged and her bond released.
