<br />The Court further finds that the said Alma H.Workma.; was, at the time of her death, the owner
<br />of The East One -Half (E ) of Lot Seven (7), Block Six-M, Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island; Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska said
<br />real estate descended to her daughter, Barbara Florence Workman, sole heir of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses and the expenses of the last illness of the
<br />said Alma H.Workman, and all other claims filed against said estate have been paid; that said
<br />estate is riot subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United
<br />States; and that the costs herein have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of the said Frieda
<br />Kleinkauf, Administ- .atrix of the Estate of Alma H.Workman, deceased, be and the same hereby is,
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, said administra-
<br />trix is hereby discharged and the surety on her official bond released from any further liability
<br />in said matter.

<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for the County of Hall the 22nd day of D.ecember,1943,
<br />PRESENT Paul N.Kirk,County Judge.
<br />BE IT RDEE1i1BERED: That on the 27th day of November,1943,Lola LI.Walker,Administratrix of the
<br />Estates of Cyril Bootman and Lester Bootman,deceased,filed in this Court her final account as
<br />such Administratrix and a petition praying that said account be allowed;for a decree of heirship,
<br />an order of distribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes the 22nd day of December,1943,at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said County,was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition,examining and allowing
<br />said accounting,and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing.
<br />thereof,be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing such notice in the Grand
<br />Island Independent,a legal newspaper printed in said County,for three weeks prior to said day of
<br />h earing;and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and no
<br />objections to said final report have been inade or filed.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises,the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />That on the 17th day of April, 1943, Lola M. Walker filed her petition in the County Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, all. eging that she was the aunt of Cyrl Bootman and Lester Bootman who owners
<br />property in the State of Nebraska,consisting of money of the sum of $241.96 and an undivided
<br />three- eighths interest in Lot Ten (10) in Block Thirty -two (32) of Russel Wheeiler's Addition to
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska,subject to the life estate for and during the natural life of Joseph B.
<br />S mith,which life estate is owned and held by said Lola I,i.Walker,all of which property is situated
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska ;further that said Cyrl Bootman absented himself from his usual place of
<br />residence at Grand Island in Hall County,Nebraska,without known cause and concealed his where-
<br />abouts from his family for a period of more than seven years;that said Lester Bootman was a
<br />resident of Kansas City,iL?issouri,and absented himself from his sual place of residence without
<br />known cause and concealed his whereabouts from his family for 4eriod of more than seven years;
<br />that under and by virtue of and conformity with the provisions of Article 19,Chapter 30 of the
<br />1941 Cumulative Supplement to Compiled Statutes of Nebraska,192% Sections 30 -1901 to 30 -1914 inclus-
<br />ive,said petitioner prayed for an order finding said Cyril Bootman and Lester Bootman dead.

<br />That on the 17th day of April,1943,an order of this Court was made therein assigning the 16th
