<br />1. That the said. final account of the said E.Gertrude Younkin, Administratrix cef the Estate of
<br />Pacia L.C. Boettcher, deceased, is in all respects,. just, true and correct, and upon a'.full examina-
<br />tion, said account and report is in all respects approved and allowed.
<br />2. That due and proper notice, as provided by law, was given to all creditors; that the time
<br />fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate has elapsed; that two claims were
<br />filed against said estate, which said claims iwere duly considered and allowed by the Court by order
<br />dated November 20, 1943; that said claims are unpaid; that there is a, certified copy of-a resolu-
<br />tion passed by the County Board of Sunervisors on file with this court which recites that the claim
<br />of the County of Hall will be released upon payment to said County of the sum of $91.88, and the
<br />filing of the receipt issued for said sum with this Court; that an order barring claims was entered
<br />on November 20, 1943-
<br />3. That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax to the State of
<br />Nebraska. or to the payment of any estate or inheritance tax to the United States of America; that
<br />the court costs in this Court are paid in full.
<br />4. That Pacia L.C.Beettcher, deceased, depart-d this life on October 23, 1942, a resident
<br />and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that said deceased died intestate; that said deceased
<br />left surviving her the following persons as her only heirs -at -law;
<br />E.Gertrude Younkin, daughter, of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />Georgia A. Eppley, daughter, 5-and Island, Nebraska;
<br />Frieda T.Ryan, daughter, San Bernadino, Ca.lifornia.; and
<br />Jessie C.Mann, daughter, San Bernadino, California;
<br />all of said heirs being over 21 years of age.
<br />5. That there is no personal property in said estate; that the deceased owned the following
<br />described real estate at the time of her death.; Lot Nine (9) in Block Four (4) of Evans' Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that said real estate descended, and should
<br />be assigned, as follows: An undivided one - fourth interest therein to each of E.Gertrude Younkin,
<br />Georgia A.Epnley, Frieda. T.Ryan and Jessie C.Mann.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJ71DGED AIwD DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account of the said
<br />E.Gertrude Younkin, Administratrix of the Estate of Pacia L.C.Boettcher, Deceased, be and the same
<br />Is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed; that all of the above findings be and
<br />the same are hereby declared to be the decree of this court; that the real estate heretofore
<br />described ;- sassed and descended to the heirs above named in the shares above set forth; that the
<br />said E.Gertrude Younkin, Administratrix of said estate, be and she is hereby discharged as such
<br />Administratrix, and her bond and the sureties thereto released.

<br />NOW on this 22nd dray of September, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final
<br />Renort of Frieda. Kleinkauf, administratrix of the Estate of Alma H.Workman, Deceased, and it
<br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof on file that notice was given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final
<br />settlement of said estate by publication and. that no one appeared to object to the allowance of
<br />said report.
<br />After full examination thereof the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all
<br />respects and ought to be allowed; that said administratrix has accounted for all of said estate
<br />which came into her possession and that there remains no money or other property in her hands for
<br />distribution.
<br />The Court further finds that creditors of the said Alma H.Workman, deceased, <<,rere duly
<br />notified by publication for three successive weeks as required by law as to the time limited and
<br />place apiDointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed for filing claims
<br />has fully expired; and. that a.11 claims outstanding against said estate, if any such there be,
<br />should be forever barred and. excluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alma. H.Workman departed this life on the 24th day of
<br />September, 1942; that she was at the time of her death a, resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that at the time of her death she was a, widow; and that she died intestate leaving sur-
<br />viving her as her heir -at-law and only heir -at -law, her daughter, Barbara Florence Workman,- a
