<br />estate of the Deceased; that said_ day has long since passed and all claims. not so filed should be
<br />forever barred; that all claims filed against the estate of the Deceased and allowed by the Court
<br />have been paid in full, that all allowances, taxes, expenses of administration, Court costs, and
<br />every other charge against the estate of the Deceased., have been paid in full, that the final account
<br />of the Executor reflects all of said payments and the same should. be allowed as and for the final
<br />account of the Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that after the payment of the items set forth in the preceeding para-
<br />graph, there remains in the hands of the Executor, for distribution under the terms of the last
<br />will and testament of the Deceased, the sum of Seventy -two hundred sixty one & 93 /100 dollars;
<br />that said last will and testament directs the payment of the following legacy:
<br />The s,)m of One thousand dollars in cash to Jens N.Jensen, , my brother, if there be sufficient
<br />funds available after the payment of three preceeding bequests made in the will:
<br />That there is sufficient funds available for the payment of said legacy and the executor is
<br />hereby directed to make the payment thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last will and testament of the Deceased,
<br />the following described real estate was devised to the persons mentioned as.follows:
<br />To Harold P.Jensen, a nephew - - - - - -- -The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Eight (�),
<br />Township Sixteen North (16),Range Twelve (12),West of the Sixth P.M. in Howard County,.
<br />Nebraska.
<br />To Alma Jensen, a niece of Grand Island,Nebraska; my house and lot situated in the town of
<br />Cotesfield, Count of Howard and State of Nebraska, and the Court finds this to be Lot Four
<br />(4) , Block Two ( 2�, Kilpatricks Second Addition to Cotesfield, Howard County, Nebraska..
<br />To Carl Victor Jensen, of Grand Island,Nebraska; Lot Nine (9) Block Seventeen (17) Packer
<br />& Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Isla.nd,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finT?a that after the payment of the legacy mentioned on the preceeding
<br />page of this decree, there remains for distribution under the residuary clause of the last will
<br />and testament of the Deceased, the sum of Sixty -Two Hundred Sixty One & 93/100 dollars, now in the
<br />hands of the Executor; that the residuary clause of the last will and testament of the Deceased,
<br />provides that all the rest and residue of the estate of the Deceased, both real and personal
<br />be devised and bequeathed to all of his nieces and nephews living at the date of the signing of the
<br />last ?,Till and testament of the Deceased, to -wit May 3rd 1940 except Harold P.Jensen, Alma Je.ns_en,
<br />Nels P.Jensen, and Arthur Jensen; and the Court finds said Nieces and Nephews to be:
<br />Raymond Jensen, Viggo Jensen, Kristina Blanco, Minnie Margaret Watson, Elmer Christensen,
<br />Lisa Mitten, Alfred Christensen, Pete Christensen, Hulger Christensen, and Nels Christensen,
<br />and that each of them were living at the time of the death of the Deceased and each one has
<br />an undivided one -tenth interest in said sum of Sixty Two Hundred Sixty One & 93/100 dollars
<br />and the Executor should be authorized �nd directed to pay to each of said residuary legatees,
<br />the sum of Six Hundred Twenty -Six & 19 100 dollars.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last will and testament of the Deceased,
<br />the following described described notes should be cancelled and returned to the persons as fol-
<br />lows to wit:
<br />To Nels P.Jensen: Notes payable to the Deceased., in the amounts of $175.00, $200.00 and
<br />$1300.00
<br />To Arthur H.Jensen: Note vay.ble to the Deceased, dated Febr. 15th,1935 in the amount,of
<br />$2557.83-
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that claims not filed against the
<br />estate of the Deceased on or before July 31st, 1943, be and they are forever barred; that the final
<br />account of the Executor be accepted as and for his final account and upon the payment of the
<br />legacy and the distribution of the other personal property set forth in this decree and upon
<br />filing receipts or cancelled checks therefor, he be discharged and his bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Executor pay to Jens N.Jensen, the sum of one thousand dollars,
<br />the same being the legacy payable to him under the terms of the will of the Deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Executor deliver to Nels P.Jensen, his notes payable to the
<br />Deceased in the amounts of $175.00; $200.00; and $1300.00; and the the Executor deliver to
<br />Arthur H.Jensen, his note payable to the Deceased dated Febr. 15th,1935 in the amount of $2557.83
<br />upon their signing receipts for the same.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following described real estate be assigned and set over unto
<br />the following persons as directed in the will of the Deceased;
<br />To Harold P.Jensen - the Southeast Quarter (SE-4k) of Section Eight (9), Township Sixteen (16)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska.
<br />To Alma Jensen - Lot Four (4) Block Two (2) Kilpatrick's Second Addition to Cotesfield,
<br />Howard County, Nebraska..
<br />To Carl Victor Jensen- Lot Nine (9) Block Seventeen (17),Packer & Barr's Second Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Isla:d,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Executor pay to each of the following named persons, nephews
<br />and nieces of the Deceased the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Six & 19/100 dollars, to -wit:

<br />Lisa Mitten, Alfred Christensen, Pete Christensen, Hulger Christensen, and Nels Christensent
