THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />The court further finds that the said Bertha F.Kranz departed this life on the 13th day of <br />September, 1941, that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, that at the time of her death she was a widow; that she died intestate leaving surviving <br />her as her heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law the following named persons, to wit: <br />Viola Mullikin, a daughter, <br />George A.Kranz, a son, <br />Clarence H.Kranz, a son, <br />Roy E. Kranz, a son, <br />Arlene R.Wilson, a daughter, <br />The court further finds that the said Bertha F.Kranz was, at the time of her death, the owner of <br />Lot Two (2) in Block Ten (10), Original Town, now City of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, said real estate descended as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />To Viola Mullikin, her daughter, an undivided one -fifth thereof, <br />To George A.Kranz, her son, an undivided one -fifth thereof. <br />To Clarence H.Kranz, her son, an undivided one -fifth thereof, <br />To Roy E.Kranz,her son, an undivided one -fifth thereof, and <br />To Arlene R.Wilson, her daughter, an undivided one -fifth thereof. <br />The court further finds that the funeral expenses and the expenses of the last illness of the said <br />Bertha F.Kranz, and all other claims filed against said estate have been paid; that said estate <br />is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States, and <br />that notice of the filing of the Final Report has been published as provided by law, and that the <br />costs herein have been paid. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the report of the administrator <br />of said estate be, and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as and for his final report and <br />that he is discharged as administrator. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all persons are forever barred <br />and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Bertha F. <br />Kranz, deceased. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all right, title, claim and <br />interest in and to Lot Two (2) in Block Ten (10),Original Town, now City of Grand Island in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Bertha F.Kranz to her children, <br />Viola Mullikin, George A.Kranz, Clarence H.Kranz, Roy E.Kranz, and Arlene R.Wilson, in equal <br />shares to each, as above set forth. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that said estate is closed and <br />settled, that the administrator is discharged and his bond is released. <br />Paul F1.
