<br />Mayer,Administrator With Will Annexed,be,,_W the same hereby is approve and allowed as such;
<br />that Marie Senkbeil and Earia Senkbeil,as, testatrix was sometimes known,was one and the same
<br />person irrespective of the discrepancy in the spelling of her name;that Antonie Senkbeil failed
<br />to pay the indebtedness mentioned in the Last Will and Testament of said testatrix to said testate
<br />rix during her lifetime,or to the Administrator of this estate;that the property described in
<br />paragraph Fifth hereof was accordingly devised and bequeathed according to the terms and condit-
<br />ions of said Las's Will and Testament,unto the persons named in paragraph Fifth hereof in the
<br />proportion set forth opposite their respective names therein;that said estate has been fully
<br />settled,distribution thereof made according to said Will and all eosts,claims and expenses of
<br />this estate fully paid;that said Administrator be and he hereby is discharged,his bond released
<br />and said estate fully administered,settled and closed.

<br />"IN THE COUNTY COURT OF LANCASTER COUTQTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In Re Estate of } Estate #12421
<br />HANNAH COREY, Deceased. FINAL DECREE AND DISCHARGE
<br />Now on this 30th day of December, 1942, this matter came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />and application of Bertha I.Pinkerton, administratrix of the said estate, and it appearing that
<br />due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said report was duly given according to
<br />law by publication, and said hearing having been duly continued from February 9, 1942, at 10 A.M.,
<br />and evidence having been adduced in support of said report and upon due consideration thereof this
<br />court finds:
<br />That the allegations contained in said report are true and that the said report should be
<br />approved.
<br />That the said Hannah Corey died intestate, leaving surviving her as her sole and only heirs at
<br />law her husband, Horace H.Corey, and her children, Bertha I.Pinkerton, a daughter, and Orville D.
<br />Corey, a son, and left no other issue her surviving; that the said Horace H.Corey was the father
<br />of the said children.
<br />That the said Hannah Corey died owning the south fifty feet (50 ft.) of lots twenty -nine (29)
<br />and thirty (30), block one (1), in East Park Addition to Lincoln, Nebraska, which was the homestead
<br />of said deceased, and her said husband, and also died owning the following described property:
<br />That part of the southeast quarter (SE4) of section one (1), township eleven (11),range
<br />twelve (12),in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast
<br />(NE) corner of said quarter section, thence west (W) ninety -two (92) rods, thence south
<br />(3) ninety -two (92) rods, thence east (E) ninety -two (92) rods, thence north (N) ninety -two
<br />(92)-rods to the -place of beginning, subject to a mortgage of record thereof.
<br />That the said administratrox has disbursed t,-,e items set forth in her final report, that
<br />there are no unpaid claims against said estate, and that all costs of administration have been
<br />paid except the sum of $29.80 due this court; that the said deceased died owning no personal
<br />property.
<br />That the said real estate should be assigned to the said heirs at law according to law; that
<br />there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska by reason of the fact that the total value
<br />of said real estate did not exceed $5,000.00.
<br />THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THIS COURT THAT the
<br />above and foregoing findings be and are hereby ratified and confirmed as though fully set out
<br />herein and that the said real estate should be and is hereby assigned according to law, and that
<br />the said administratrox, having paid the sum of $29.90 to this court, is hereby discharged and
<br />her bondsman released.
<br />That the claim of Beecher B.James filed a ainst said estate is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
