<br />instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Marie Senkbeil,deceased,was filed for
<br />probate in this Court.That on the 16th day of December,1942,said instrument to which this certifi-
<br />cate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real
<br />and personal estate of said Marie Senkbeil,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in
<br />the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />upon his furnishing bond in the sum of $2,000.00 as ordered by thit Court,which bond was furnish-
<br />ed and approved;the Court further finds that said 11arie Senkbeil was an unmarried maiden lady at
<br />the time of her death and that she left the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at- law,to -wit:
<br />Antonie Voss,her sister,Anna Forster,her sister,Adolph Senkbeil,her brother,111athilda Barth,her
<br />sister,Alma Lassen,her'niece,Aartha Weeks,her niece,George Heidkamp,her nephew,Ella Bancroft,her
<br />niece,Arthur Senkbeil,her nephew,Hilda Senkbeil,her niece,and George Senkbeil,her nephew.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 16th day of December,1942,an order of this Court was made
<br />allowing creditors three months from and after the 13th day of:January,1943,in which t& file their
<br />claims against said estate and said Administrator one year in which to settle said estate,and
<br />further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent,a legal
<br />newspaper published and circulating in hall County,Nebraska,for three successive week elo the 13th
<br />day of January,1943,and that a Searing on claims filed against said estate would be held at the
<br />office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of April,1943, at 9 o'clock
<br />A.M.,and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this
<br />Court. FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 13th day of February,1943,said Herbert F.Mayer,Administrator
<br />With Will Annexed of said estate,filed in this Court his inventory of the property of said estate,
<br />and that according to said inventory,the deceased died seized and possessed of the following
<br />described property,to -wit:
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Six (6) of Hann's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and
<br />personal property of the approximate value of $4,000.00 as described in said inventory.,
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and conditions and provisions of said Last
<br />Will and Testament of said deceased,said property was devised and bequeathed as follows: to
<br />Antonie Voss,an undivided 1/5
<br />Adolph Senkbeil, an undivided 1/5
<br />Anna Forster,an undivided 1/5
<br />M athilda Barth,an undivided 1/5
<br />Alma Lassen,an undivided 1/20
<br />George Heidkamp,an undivided 1/20
<br />Ella Bancroft,an undivided 1/20
<br />Martha Weeks,an undivided 1/20
<br />Antonie Senkbeil having failed to pay her indebtedness to said testatrix or to the Administrator
<br />of this estate within six months after the decease of said testatrix.
<br />SIXTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 15th day of Apri1,1943,an order of this Court was made allow-
<br />ing the claim of The Citizens :Mutual Fire Assessment Insurance Association in the sum of $11.91
<br />and that of Drs.McGrath and Woodruff in the sum of $125.00 against this estate,and barring the
<br />filing of any and all other claims against said estate and excluding the holders thereof from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including the costs of administration
<br />thereof,have been fully paid by said Administrator and that the final report is true and correct
<br />in all respects and should be approved and allowed;that there remains no funds in his hands for
