<br />Novi on this 27th day of October,1943,this matter came on for hearing before the Court and the
<br />Court finds:That notice has been given as provided by the law to the heirs,creditors,and all per-
<br />sons interested in this estate of the time and place of this hearing,and no heir,creditor,or
<br />person has appeared and objected to the same;that from the petition and the evidence in support
<br />of the same,the petitioner,Jennie E.Tingley,is an heir -at -law of the deceased,and the owner of
<br />an undivided one -half of Lots 4,5,and 6,all in Block 6,in the Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />First Addition to the Village of Woodriver,Nebraska;Upon December 22,1924,Hayden L.Tingley died
<br />intestate,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,seized of all of the foregoing described real estate;
<br />two years 4ave elapsed since his death;no administrator has been appointed in Nebraska of admin-
<br />istration of his estate,and,no decree of heirship has been entered in his estate;The said Hayden
<br />L.Tingley,left surviving him,his widow,Jennie E.Tingley,and his daughter Mary E.Tingley,both of
<br />the age of maturity,as his sole heirs -at -law and next of kin.
<br />IT IS THE�IFORE ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that regular administration should be and is
<br />dispensed with;that two years Have elapsed since the date of the death of the said Hayden L.
<br />'Tingley,deceased;that claims are barred from his estate;that upon December 22,1924,Hayden L.Tinglay,
<br />died,intestate,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,seized of the foregoing described real estate
<br />which descended upon his death to the above named heirs -at -law of Hayden L.T.ngley,deceased,
<br />share and share alike.
