<br />Now, on this 6th day of October, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the pleadings and
<br />to the Court, consideration whereof the Court finds:
<br />the evidence, and was submitted and on
<br />That due and legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter, both creditors, and heirs, as required by law.
<br />That all of the statements and allegations set forth in said petition are true;
<br />That said Earl S.Willard died, intestate, on the 28th day of January, 1924, in Knox .County,
<br />Illinois; that he was at the time of his death a citizen and resident of said Knox County, Illinois.
<br />That said Earl S.Willard was seized and possessed of the following described real estate sit -
<br />uated in Hall County, state of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The north half of the northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
<br />Section Thirty -six (36), in Township Nine (9),North,Range Eleven (11) West of 6th P.M.,
<br />that said real estate did not constitute the homestead of said decedent.
<br />That no application has been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of an adminis-
<br />trator of the estate of said deceased.
<br />That said Earl S.Willard left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs at law, the following:
<br />Alcye Willard (now Alcye Hutson), his widow of legal age,
<br />Martha Irene Willard (Now Martha Irene Horn, his daughter, then a minor.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, DETERMINED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Alcye Willard (now Aleye Hutson),
<br />widow, and Martha Irene Willard (now Martha Irene Horn), daughter, are the sole and only surviving
<br />heirs at law of the said Earl S.Willard, deceased, and said real estate passed and descended, un-
<br />der the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />To Alcye Willard (now Aleye Hutson),widow, an undivided one -half interest, and
<br />To Martha Irene Willard (now Irene Horn),daughter, an undivided one -half interest.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described real estate,
<br />be, and the same is hereby, assigned to the said Aleye Willard, now Alcye`Hutson, and Martha Irene
<br />Willard, now Martha Irene Horn, an undivided one -half interest each.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against
<br />the estate of Earl S.Willard, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contin-
<br />gent, be, and the same are hereby forever barred.

<br />Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian
<br />of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form
<br />of law.

<br />Now, on this 22" day of October, 1943, this matter came on for hearing upon the application of
<br />Olga Palmer, and Emil Stolley to amend the inventory and to enter a supplemental decree herein,
<br />The Court finds that on the 15th day of April, 1929, Anna Leonardt was
<br />one - eighth interest in and to Lots 1, 2, 3, 7 and 9, in Block "C ", all of
<br />being in Park View Subdivision of part of the west half of the northwest
<br />and. the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 29, all in 'Township
<br />West of 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, that the same were by mistake
<br />ventory filed by the executor herein.
