IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA DECREE DETERMINING HEIRSHIP AND RIGHT OF DESCENT AND BARRING CLAIMS State of Nebraska ) County of Hall )s "' Now, on this 20th day of October, 1943, this matter came on to be heard, upon the pleading and the evidence, and was submitted to the court, and on consideration, the court finds that daze and legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both creditors and heirs as required by law. That the statements and allegations set forth in said petition are true; that the said Lysander A.Orcutt, dried intestate, a resident of Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, on the 22d day of October, 1880; that at the time of his death, he had made entry on government lands described, as follows: The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 9, North, Range 9, Test of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. That after the death of the said,Lysander A.Orcutt, a. patent was issued to the heirs of Lysander A.Orcutt. That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the ap?l,ointment of an adminis- trPtor of the estate of sair_ deceased, and that more than two years have elapsed since the death of the deceased. That at the time of the death of the said, Lysander A.Orcutt, he was an unmarried man_, and never had been married, and that the only persons interested in his estate was his father, Augustus H.Orcutt, and his mother, Ellen Orcutt. That all of the claims and obligations against the estate of deceased have been paid, and that any other claim,whether absolute or contingent, be, and are hereby forever barred. The court hereby finds and determines that under the laws of descent in the.State of.NebUska, at the time of the death of said Lysander A.Orcutt, his sole and only heir at law and only person interested in said estate was his father., Augustus H.Orcutt, and that the petitioners have an interest in this cause by reason of deeds of conveyance. IT IT THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT: That all of the interest of Lysander A.Orcutt, deceased, in the real estate above described, be and the same is, assigned to Augustus H.Orcutt, father of deceased, and that all claims or demands against the estate of the deceased, whether due or to become due,,are hereby forever barred.
