<br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court,in and for said County,00 hereby certify that on the 11th
<br />day of October 1935,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Robert L.Cox
<br />deceased was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 5th day of November 1935,said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Robert L.Cox deceased,and the same was ordered
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 20th day of Nay,1936,this matter came on for hearing before the Court upon the Final
<br />Account of Ella N.Cox,Executrix of the said estate,and her petition for distribution of the assets
<br />of said estate remaining in her hands,and upon the evidence duly introduced.The Court being fully
<br />advised in the premises finds that due notice of the filing of said Final Account and Petition
<br />for Distribution and of the time and place of hearing thereon has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate by publication as provided by law and the order of the Court.After a
<br />careful examination of said Final Account,and upon consideration of the evidence,the Court finds
<br />that the said account is true and correct in all respects and should be allowed as the valid
<br />final account of the said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that all proceeding have been had in the matter of said estate for the
<br />filing and allowance of claims,that a time and place for filing such claims has been duly fixed
<br />by order of Court and notice thereof given to all creditors and persons interested in said estate,
<br />that said time has expired and that all claims filed and allowed have been paid,and that all
<br />other indebtedness against the.said estate should be and the same is hereby wholly barred and
<br />foreclosed;tihat the said Executrix has paid the funeral expenses incurred by the death of said
<br />Robert L.Cox,and has raid all the costs,expenses and attorney's fees in the administration of
<br />the said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that Robert L.Cox died on August 3,1935,being a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that he left a last will and testament which has been duly admitted to probate herein,
<br />and that by the terms of the said last will and testament all of the personal estate remaining
<br />in the hands of the Executrix should be and the same is hereby distributed and assigned to Ella
<br />N.Cox,sole legatee thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Robert L.Cox died seized of the following described real
<br />estate.
<br />Lot One (1) in Block One (1),and Lots One (1),Two (2),Three (3) and Four (4),in Block Two (2),
<br />all in Rief Addition to the Village of Doniphan,in Hall County,Nebraska,and A tract of land
<br />240x253 Peet in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8,in Township 9,North,
<br />Range 9 Westof the 6th P.M.,described as follows :Commencing at the point of intersection of the
<br />east line of the St.Joseph and Grand Island Railroad Company's right- of- way,with the north line
<br />of Section 8,in Township 9 North,Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,running thence south alond the east
<br />line of said right -of -way 253 feet;thence east at right angles and parallel with the north line
<br />of said section 240 feet ;thence north at right angles 253 feet to the north line of said section
<br />thence west at right angles on the north line of said section 240 feet to the place of beginning
<br />( except 20 feet thereof deeded for road purposes as shown by warranty deed recorded in Book 49 at .,-
<br />page 73 of the deed records of Hall County,Nebraska) all in Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that by the terms of the said last will and testament the said real estate should be and the
<br />same is hereby assigned and distibuted to the said Ella M.Cox,sole devisee thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that the said estate is not subject to the paylient of inheritance taxes.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the said final account be and the same is
<br />hereby approved and confirmed,and the said Executrix discharged from her trust as such.That the
<br />personal and real estate hereinbefore described be and the same is hereby assigned and distibuted
<br />to the said Ella Tat. Cox, Executrix, as afores &id.

<br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no
<br />Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
