<br />The Court further finds that the legacies in favor of Marie Degen and Ernest Degen, provided for
<br />in Paragraph Second of said last will and testament, have been paid, as evidenced by receipts filed
<br />herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the proceeds from the rest, reaidue and remainder of said estate,
<br />was paid to Fred Roenfeldt, Henry J.Roenfeldt, Lillie Mahon, and Margaret Roenfeldt, residuary
<br />legatees and devisees, share and share alike, as provided by the terms of said last will and testa-
<br />ment, and, codicil thereto.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax, either state or Federal, to be paid in
<br />said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Execu-
<br />tors be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as their final report, and said estate is here-
<br />by settled and closed and said Executors discharged from their bonds as such and hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED.,.ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the interest of said Mar-
<br />garet Roenfeldt,deceased, in and to the real estate described as follows:
<br />The west half of Lot Three (3) in Block Fourteen (14) in the Original Town, now City, of
<br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended, under the terms of said last will and testament, and codicil thereto, to
<br />Henry J.Roenfel,dt and Margaret Roenfeldt, share and. share alike; and all of the interest of said
<br />Margaret Roenfeldt,deceased, in and to the real estate described as follows:
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Fourteen t14) in the Original Town now City, of Grand Island, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />upon the payment of file expenses, costs, and debts, in said estate, passed and descended, under the
<br />terms of said last will and testament, and codicil thereto, to Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon, share
<br />and share alike, all under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament, and codicil
<br />thereto, of Margaret. Roenfeldt, deceased.

<br />NOW on this lst day of September,1943 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by John Thomssen,administrator of the estate of 114aude Travis,deceased,and upon the approval
<br />and allowance of said report,settlement of said estate and his discharge and the court being fully
<br />advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That Maude Travis departed this life in the 4th day of May,1940 in Hall County,Nebraska inteatate,
<br />and at that time was a resident and i7labitant of Hall County,Nebraska and was the owner of an
<br />estate to be administered in said County ;that John Thomssen filed his petition in this court on
<br />the 21st day of May,1940 praying for administration of said estate ;that upon reading and filing
<br />said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support
<br />of said petition,giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publication of said notice
<br />for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent,a legal newspaper published and cir-
<br />culated in said county,and that said hearing was held,as heretofore ordered by the court,as by
<br />law required,and letters of administration granted to said administrator upon the filing of his
<br />bond in court and the same being approved,as by law required.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the court
<br />f or filing claims against said estate by publishing for three successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Independent,as required by law,and that all persons having claims against said estate,not filed
<br />within the time fixed by the court,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded and enjoined
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving her surviving as her heirs at law and only heirs at
<br />law,legatees,devisees,and persons entitled to share in her said estate the following :Irva Dean
<br />M adison,Hastings,Nebraska and Berman Travis,Pine Bluffs,Wyor_iing,daughter and son of said Maude
<br />Travis,deceased.
<br />The court further finds that said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska consisting of both real and personal property,said personal property being reduced to
<br />cash,which same has been used for the payment of debts owed by the estate,said real estate being
<br />described as follows:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Twenty -one (21) in the Original Town of A1da,Nebraska,and Block Six (6) in
<br />Brown's Addition to Alda,Nebraska,all in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that said real estate did pass and descend to Irva Dean Madison and Herman Travis,each an un-
<br />divided one -half interest therein.
<br />The court further finds than due and legal notice has been given to persons of the time and place
