<br />of us, and, at the same time and in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be her codicil
<br />to, and to be her last will and testament, and we, at her request, and in her presence and-in the
<br />presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.
<br />that all of the interest of said Margaret Roenfeldt, deceased, in and to said west half of Lot 3
<br />in Block 14, in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, was
<br />devised under the terms of said last will and testament, and codicil thereto, to Henry J.Roenfeldt
<br />and Margaret Roenfeldt, in equal shares; that all of the interest of said Margaret Roenfeldt,
<br />deceased, in and to said Lot 4 in Block 14, in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, was devised, under the terms of said last will and testament, and codicil
<br />thereto, to Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon, subject to the payment of funeral expenses, costs,
<br />expenses of administering said esta.te, .and just debts, by said Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon,
<br />all of which expenses, costs, and debts, have been paid by said Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon,
<br />as shown '�y the final report herein, and receipts filed, and all of the interest of said Margaret
<br />Roenfeldt in and to Lot 4 in Block 14, in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, thereupon passed to Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon, share and share alike, as
<br />provided by said last will and testament, and codicil thereto.

<br />Codicil of Margaret Roenfeldt,deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th
<br />day of March, 1943, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate
<br />of said Henry Roenfeldt deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the

<br />Now, on this 8th day of September, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Fred Roenfeldt and Henry J. Roenfeldt, executors of the last will and testament, and codicil
<br />thereto, of Margaret Roenfeldt, deceased, and upon their petition for settlement of said estate,
<br />The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being
<br />duly advised, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by
<br />the Court, and no one appearing to object, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers
<br />on file and testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised, finds said report true end cor-
<br />rect in all things and that said report be approved and allowed as and for the final report of
<br />said executors,
<br />The Court finds that said Margaret Roenfeldt departed this life on the 21st day of February,
<br />1943, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, lebraska; that
<br />a petition was filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, praying for the allowance and
<br />probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament, and codicil thereto, of
<br />Margaret Roenfeldt, deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed the 24th day of March, 1943, as the
<br />date for making proof thereon, due and legal notice thereof was given, and on the 24 day of March
<br />1943, said instruments were duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and
<br />for the last will and testament, and codicil thereto, of Margaret Roenfeldt, and letters testa-
<br />mentary were duly issued thereon to Fred Roenfeldt and Henry J.Roenfeldt, executors as named in
<br />said will, and codicil thereto, and they duly qualified as such.

<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims, that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been paid, and the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that all claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not
<br />filed herein, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Margaret Roenfeldt died seized of an interest in the following
<br />described real estate:

<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />Lot 4 in Block 14, in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska.
