That on the 24th day of March, 1943, said instruments to which this certificate is attached where duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said Henry Roenfeldt deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. The Court finds that said Henry Roenfeldt departed this life on the 29th day of February, 1939, and at the time of his death was a resident and-inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that a petition was filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament, and codicil thereto, of rienry Roenfeldt, deceased, and the Court thereuon fixed the 24th day of March, 1943, as the date for making proof thereon, due and legal notice thereof was given, and on the 24 day of March, 1943, said instruments were duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament, and codicil thereto, of Henry Roenfeldt, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Fred Roenfeldt and Henry J.Roenfeldt, executors as named in said will, and codicil thereto, and they duly qualified as such. -2- The Court further finds that due and legal notice ha.s been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims, that all claims filed against said estate have been paid, and the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired.' IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that all claims against said estate, if any such there,be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded.
