<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />26th day of February, 1943, the instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Codicil
<br />of Henry Roenfeldt,deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of March,
<br />1943, said instruments to which this certificate is attached where duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said Henry Roenfeldt
<br />deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now, on this 8th day of September, 1943, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Fred Roenfeldt and Henry J.Roenfeldt, executors of the last will and testament.;: and codicil
<br />thereto, of Henry Roenfeldt, deceased, and upon their petition for settlement of said estate,
<br />The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly
<br />advised, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate
<br />of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court,
<br />and no one apnea.ring to object, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file
<br />and testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised, finds said report true and correct in
<br />all things and that said report be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />executors.
<br />The Court finds that said Henry Roenfeldt departed this life on the 29th day of February, 1939,
<br />and at the time of his death was a resident and-inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that a
<br />petition was filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, praying for the allowance and
<br />probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament, and codicil thereto, of
<br />rienry Roenfeldt, deceased, and the Court thereuon fixed the 24th day of March, 1943, as the date
<br />for making proof thereon, due and legal notice thereof was given, and on the 24 day of March, 1943,
<br />said instruments were duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the
<br />last will and testament, and codicil thereto, of Henry Roenfeldt, and letters testamentary were
<br />duly issued thereon to Fred Roenfeldt and Henry J.Roenfeldt, executors as named in said will, and
<br />codicil thereto, and they duly qualified as such.

<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice ha.s been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims, that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been paid, and the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired.'
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that all claims against said estate, if any such there,be, and not
<br />filed herein, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the legacies provided in Paragraph Second of said last will'and
<br />testament to Marie Degen and Ernest Degen in the sum of $50.00 each, were paid by the executors
<br />In the matter of the estate of Margaret Roenfeldt, deceased, which estate has been closed; that
<br />Henry Roenfeldt,deceased, owned an interest in and to the west half of Lot 3 in Block 14, in the
<br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and Lot 4.in Block 14, in the
<br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska., and that all the interest of
<br />said Henry Roenfeldt,deceased, in and to said west half of Lmt 3 in Block 14, and Lot 4 in Block
<br />14, all in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, was devised and
<br />beaueathed, subject to the life estate of Margaret Roenfeldt, the widow, who since died on the
<br />21st day of February, 1943, as follows:
