1 363 We do hereby give, devise, and bequeath to the survivor the rents, use, and income from all of our property, real or personal, for and during the natural life of the survivor. FOURTH. We do hereby give, devise, and bequeath to our children Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon, in equal shares, the above described real estate, Lot Four (4 in Block Fourteen (14), in the Original Town, now City,of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to hold the same forever, subject to the rights of the survivor provided in paragraph third hereof. FIFTH. We do hereby give, devise, and bequeath to our children Henry J.Roenfeldt and Margaret Roenfeldt, in equal shares, the above described real estate, the west half of Lot Three (3) in Block Fourteen (14) in the Original Town,now City, of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska, to have and to hold the same forever, subject to the rights of the survivor provided in paragraph third hereof. SIXTH. Subject to the provisions provided for in paragraph third, we give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of our property, real and personal, and the estate of each of us, to our children, Lillie Mahon, Fred Roenfeldt, Henry J. CODICIL We, Henry Roenfeldt and Margaret Roenfeldt, husband and wife, of Hall County, Nebraska, still being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this codicil to our last will and testament bearing date of February 26, 1935, in the manner and fo-rm following, that is to say: FIRST. We do hereby revoke Paragraph First of our last will and testament bearing date of February 26, 1935, and, in lieu thereof, do now provide: We direct that our executors named in said last will and testament pay our funeral expenses, costs, and expenses of administering our estate, and our just debts, if any, and that same shall 'be paid out of the property described in Paragraph Fourth of said last will and testament, and shall cpn- stitute a lien against said Lot Four (4) in Block Fourteen (14) in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska, which was devised in said last will and testament to our children, Fred Roenfeldt and Lillie Mahon, and our executors named in said last will and testament are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to sell said Lot 4 in Block 14 in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, without further..�order of any court, in order to pay the obligations hereinbefor.e set forth. SECOND. As modified by this, our first codicil, we hereby republish our last will and testament bearing date of February 26, 1935.
