<br />by certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of DECREE OF PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL, WILL,
<br />CERTIFICATE TO PROBATE OF WILL and DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT, in the matter of the Estate of
<br />AUGUSTUS KOUNTZE, Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said court; that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of said original record, that I have
<br />the legal custody and control of said original record; that said court is a court of record, has
<br />a seal, and that said seal is hereto affixed; and that the foregoing attestation is in due form,
<br />according to the lbws of the State of Nebraska.

<br />County of Dodge ) Fremont in said county,on the 16th day of November A.D.1942,Present
<br />Fred C.Laird County Judge.
<br />IN T ?E 11,r.AT`1TER OF THE ESTATE OF George Tuttle Wilson deceased.
<br />This day having been assigned by the order of said Court for hearing the petition of A.M.Tillman
<br />praying,among other things,for the Probate of the instrument heretofore filed on the 23rd day
<br />October 1942,in this Court,the same being a duly authenticated copy of the last Will and Testament
<br />of George Tuttle Wilson deceased,and of the probate thereof in the Superior Court of Los Angeles
<br />County,State of California.And fron. said petition it further appearing to the Court that at and
<br />immediately previous to his death the said'George Tuttle Wilson was a resident of Los Angeles
<br />County,State of California that he departed this life on the 29th day of August A.D.1942;that at
<br />and previous to h death he was possessed of real and personal estate in the State of Nebraska,
<br />on which said Will operates.
<br />It appearing to the Court by due proof on file,that the order of this Court,touching the hearing
<br />of said Petition,made on the 23rd day of October last past,has been duly served and published as
<br />therein directed,whereby all parties interested in the premises were duly notified of said hearing.
<br />No one appearing to contest the allowance and probate of said last Will and Testament,the•Court
<br />proceeded to an examination of the authenticated copies of said last Will and Testament,and the
<br />probate thereof in the Superior Court Court of Los Angeles County,State of California and the
<br />evidence touching the premises being maturely considered,it satisfactorily appears to this Court
<br />that the Allegations madej��i���?? said petition are true,and that said instrument is duly proved and
<br />ought to be allowed as th Will and Testament of George Tuttle Wilson deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by this Court,that said instrument was duly executed,
<br />and that the same is genuine and valid,and that said last Will and Testament be admitted to probate,
<br />allowed,established,and have full force and effect,as the last Will and-Testament of said deceased;
<br />and as a Will of real and personal estate,and that the same be recorded as required by law.
<br />And it is further Ordered, that the execution of said Will be committed,and the administration of
<br />the Estate of said deceased be granted to said A.M.Tillman the executor in said Will named,who is
<br />ordered to give bond,as provided by law,in the penal sum of Five Thousand Dollars with sufficient
<br />sureties,as required by the statute in such case made and provided;and upon the same being duly
<br />approved and filed, the LETTERS TESTAMENTARY do issue in the premises.
<br />And it is further Ordered,that the proper Certificate of Probate,duly signed by the County Judge,
<br />and authenticated by the seal of his office,be attached to the copy of said last Will and Testament.
