<br />City, County and State of New York, on the twenty -sixth day of July, 1592, and which last will
<br />and testament, on the record of said Surrogate's Court, in the matter of the probate of said
<br />will, duly certified, was thereafter duly admitted to probate and record in and by this court,
<br />and said Herman Kountze, Luther Kountze and Charles B.Kountze, the testamentary executors named
<br />in said will, were by this court duly qualified as executors;
<br />That said Augustus Kountze died childless, and without heirs of his body, leaving surviving
<br />him his widow, Catherine Kountze, and as all of his heirs at law his three brothers and five
<br />sisters, who are named as beneficiaries in this will, Herman Kountze, Luther Kountze, Charles
<br />B.Kountze, Matilda K.Gardiner, Adaline Ruth, Clementine Brown, Margaret Berger and Mary Dorothea,
<br />all of whom were at all times of full age;
<br />That said Augustus,Kountze died seized of certain real estate situated in the State of Nebraska,
<br />a detailed description and location of each lot and parcel thereof, and of his interest therein,
