<br />a nephew, Mart Tannehill, a nephew, Theodore Derby, a nephew, John McDanald,a nephew, Thomas
<br />Warren, a friend, of Poneake, Alberta, Canada,Eleanor Voithoffer, a friend, and Minnie Graham,
<br />a half sister.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, by the Court that under the terms of the
<br />Last Will and Testament of George Graham, Deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate and
<br />personal property did pass and descend at the death of George Graham, as above set forth.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of the said George Graham, deceased, and
<br />that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that in order to make proper and equitable distribution of the estate of
<br />said George Graham, Deceased, it was necessary that the Executor reduce into money all of the ds-
<br />tate of the said George Graham, deceased; that in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of George Graham, Deceased, his executor Lee Woodman, was empowered to sell and dispose
<br />of his estate without any order or authority from any court whatsoever; That the siad Lee Woodman,
<br />executor did sell and dispose of the property of the estate of said George Graham, deceased. And
<br />It Is ordered,- adjudged and decreed, that said sale and disposition of the property of the estate
<br />of George Graham, deceased, was in accordance with the terms of his Last Will and Testament.

<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE GRAHAM,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a sea!, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seel and of the Records
<br />of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />I, Caroline L.Stone, of Grand Island,Nebraska, declare this to be my last will, hereby revoking
<br />all former wills made by me:
<br />First, I direct that my executor pay any and all debts owed by me, including funeral expenses and
<br />expenses of my last illness as soon after my death as possible.
<br />Second, I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my
<br />son M.M. Crisman of Fort Dodge, Iowa, absolutely.
<br />Third, I annoint M.M.Crisman sole executor of my will and direct that he be permitted to serve
<br />without bond.
<br />Dated this 27 day of October, 1934.
