<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judo -e of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />8th day of January,. 1942,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of George
<br />Graham, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 5th day of February, 1942,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and. testgmeht of the real and personal estate of said George Graham, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 22nd day of September, 1943, this cause came on for hearing on the FINAL REPORT of
<br />Lee Woodman, Executor of the estate of George Graham, Deceased, and it appearing to the Court
<br />from proofs on file that notice has been given to all interested persons of the filing of said
<br />report, as required by law and by the order of this Court, and it further appearing to the Court
<br />after full examination, that the account exhibited by said Executor is correct in all things,
<br />and ought to be allowed and approved, and it further appearing that said Executor has accounted
<br />for all of the estate which has come into his hands. IT IS
<br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Lee Woodman, Executor of
<br />the Estate of George Graham, deceased, and the same is hereby approved as and for his FINAL REPORT.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the date and place fixed for presenting trims against the estate of said
<br />deceased; that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses, and the expenses of
<br />the last illness of said deceased, and costs of administering said estate have been fully paid
<br />and that all outstanding claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred and exculded.
<br />The Court further finds that at the death of the said George.Graham, deceased, he was a single
<br />person, that he had no children, parents or brothers and sisters surviving.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George Graham, died leaving a LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
<br />that said last will and testament was duly proved and admitted to probate on the 5th. of February,
<br />1942.
<br />The Court finds that George Graham, died seized, as owner in.fee simple of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate, to =wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) Bungalow Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />The East Onehalf of the Northwest Quarter (EJNWJ); The East 25 acres of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E.25A.SW�NW); The East 25 acres of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E.25A.NW4SW4); The East 25 acres of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E.25ASWSW); the North 20 acres of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N.20A :N SW ) except a small tract conveyed to the
<br />Hall County Historical Society and used as a cemeter and the West 5 acres of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (5A.NW14NE �, all in Section Two (2), Township
<br />Nine (9) North,Range Ten (10) West of the 6th.P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, according to
<br />the recorded plat thereof, And
<br />he the said George Graham, deceased, was further possessed of certain personal property consisting
<br />of household goods, farm machinery, money on hand in the First National Bank of Grand Island, New.
<br />braska, and in Postal Savings.
<br />That in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the deceased, all of the
<br />property of which the said George Graham, deceased was seized, upon his death descended to the
<br />following named persons, in shares and amounts as follows, to -wit:
<br />Cedarview Cemetery of Doniphan, Nebraska, $200.00
<br />Congregational Church of Doniphan, NNebraska, 200.00
