<br />receipt on account of said estate received by the Executor shows a total gross receipts of
<br />$10,081-31 and total disbursements since March 31, 1943, of $8,566.23, leaving a net balance on
<br />hand of $1,515.08.
<br />The court finds that among the disbursements, as shown in said Supplemental Final Report, are
<br />certain items listed in the final decree of March 22, 1943, as unpaid claims allowed by the Court
<br />at that time and which have since been paid and shown on the Supplemental Final Report.
<br />The Court further finds that the claim filed by Ben Craft for $140.00 has been disallowed and
<br />that the claim filed by Elmetta Wild for $1,009.00 has been settled and compromised at the sum df
<br />$500.00, as allowed by the Court, which amount has been paid as shown by the final report filed.
<br />The Court further finds that the claim filed on behalf of the heirs of William Neal, deceased,
<br />for the rentals of the real estate devised to them under the Will of said deceased was disallowed
<br />in this court and, on appeal to the District Court of Adams County, Nebraska, the same was settled
<br />by compromise at the sum of $1200.00, and that said appeal has been dismissed and payment of said
<br />amount made by the Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that in accordance with the report of the inheritance tax Appraiser,
<br />Harry F.Russell, the inheritance tax assessed to the heirs of William Neal was the sum of $432.00
<br />and the inheritance tax assessed upon the share of Thomas Dunn sole devisee, was the sum of
<br />$226.94 and that both amounts,representing the inheritance tax, have been paid by the Executor into
<br />the County Court for distribution according to law to Adams County and Hall County, as follows:
<br />Adams County -- - - - - -- $226.84 gross tax and to
<br />Hall County the sum of $532.40 of which amount $100.40
<br />was paid into the County Court_by Lawrence Dunmire, Attorney for the heirs of William Neal, de-
<br />ceased, and $432.00 of which was paid into the County Court by W.M.Whelan, Executor.
<br />That the Court fixed and allowed as fee for Appraiser's services to Harry F.Russell the total
<br />sum of $75.00.
<br />The Court further finds that under the Will of said Mary Neal, deceased, the real estate des-
<br />cribed as.:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (N.E.14) of Section Twenty -three (23) Township Nine (9),North of Range
<br />Nine (9) in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), and the West 8 feet of the North 85 feet of Lot three (3), Block
<br />One (1), Original Town of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
<br />was devised to the heirs at law of William Neal, now deceased, former husband of Mary Neal,
<br />deceased, and the Court finds specifically that the following named persons are the heirs at law
<br />of said William Neal, deceased, namely:
<br />Pearl Hoffman, daughter
<br />Daisy Parker, daughter;
<br />and the following named children, being sons and daughters of Nellie Neal Craft, d deceased
<br />daughter of said William Neal, to -wit:
<br />Lawrence Craft
<br />Ethel Andersan
<br />Gertie Ernesti
<br />Melvin Craft
<br />Archie Craft
<br />Ben Craft
<br />W.J. Craft
<br />and the following childreft,being sons of Cora A.Neal Hardin, a deceased daughter of William
<br />Neal, to -wit:
<br />William Alfred Hardin
<br />Charles E.Hardin
<br />M.M.Hardin;
<br />and the two sons of Herbert Neal, a deceased son of William Neal, to -wit:
<br />William Neal,
<br />Richard Neal;
<br />and Jennie Babb Viles a daughter of said William Neal, deceased.
<br />That the above named persons, children and grandchildren of said William Neal, deceased, are
<br />the only persons coming within the description "heirs at law of William Neal" the deceased husband
<br />of Mary Neal in accordance with the Will of said Mary Neal, deceased.
<br />That upon the filing of receipts and vouchers showing payment of the amounts set forth in the
<br />Supplemental Final Report and the original report, and supplement thereto, the Executor is hereby
<br />discharged and his bond canceled..
