<br />That W.M.Whelan was named in said Latt Will'and Testament as Executor thereof and he w;.s duly
<br />and regularly appointed as such by the Court, and that he qualified, took the Oath, and has since
<br />said time and now is the duly qualified and acting Executor of the Will and estate of said Mary
<br />Neal, deceased.
<br />That due notice was given to Creditors to file claims herein within the time fixed by order of
<br />Court and that all claims not filed within said time should be forever barred.
<br />The Court farther finds that the Executor has paid the specific bequest as directed in the Will
<br />of said deceased and that he has paid all of the Court costs, expenses of Administration, and the
<br />fees allowed and herein by the Court as set forth in the supplemental report of said
<br />provided
<br />Executor with the following exceptions, to -wit: The inheritance tax, if any, to be assessed against
<br />said estate and the shares therein is w,,Tasting the report of the Inheritance Tax aprraiser, H.F.
<br />Russell, certain claims which have been filed herein and have not been allowed, namely:
<br />To Ralph Dominy, balance on hail note $12.64
<br />Fuel Company 22.69
<br />To Hastings on account
<br />To J.A.Thomason for labor 1.00
<br />To Dr. E.C. Foote 10.50
<br />To Lincoln Tele. & Teleg. Co. 1.51
<br />And claim filed by Ben Craft 140.00

<br />That objection has been filed to the allowance of the last two mentioned claims and they await
<br />disposition by the Court.

<br />The Court further finds that the Executor has on hand a balance of cash on deposit in the Hastings
<br />National Bank and the City National Bank in the sum of $1388.03; and that he has on hand
<br />savings account in the City National Bank in the sum of $1506.25 and savings account in the Hastings
<br />National bank $301.50, and, in addition thereto, United States Postal Savings Bonds in the sum of
<br />$2500.00 and United States Postal Savings Certificates of Deposit in the sum of $2000.00.
<br />That said sum on hand, after the payment of any claims ordered paid by the Court and any in-
<br />heritance tax that may be assessed, should be assigned under the terms of said last Will and Testa-
<br />ment to 1homas Dunn, also known as Thomas C.Dunn, sole devisee and legatee of the residue of said
<br />estate.
<br />That said deceased also left the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />South Half of the East One hundred and sixty -five and 7 /12ths feet (165.7/12) of Lot six(6)
<br />in Block One (1) in Buswell's addition to Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />which real estate should be assigned in fee, absolutely, to Thomas Dunn, also known as Thomas C.
<br />Dunn, under the provisions of said last Will and Testament.
<br />That said deceased also left the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEi) of section twenty -three (23) ..Township nine (9) North of Range Nine
<br />(9)p in' Hall County, Nebraska; and -
<br />Lots Four (4) and fire (5) in Block One (1), Original. Town of Hastings, Nebraska.,
<br />which real estate should be assigned under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of said deceased to the heirs at law of William Neal, the deceased husband of Mary Neal, deceased,
<br />as follows:
<br />An undivided one -sixth thereof to:
<br />Pearl Hoffman, daughter of William Neal, deceased, Doniphan, Nebraska,
<br />An undivided one -sixth thereof to:
<br />Daisy Parker, daughter of said William Neal, deceased, Bradford Woods, Pennsylvania.
<br />An undivided one -sixth thereof to the following named. sons and daughters, and gnly children of
<br />Nellie Neal Craft, a deceased daughter of said. William Neal, deceased, in equal shares, -to -wit:
<br />Lawrence Craft, Aurora., Nebraska,
<br />Ethel Anderson, Greeley, Colorado,
<br />Gertie Ernesti, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Melvin Craft, Hastings, Nebraska,
<br />Archie Craft, Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />Ben Craft, Hastings, Nebraska,
<br />W.J. Craft, Aurora, Nebraska.,
<br />An undivided one -sixth interest to the following named sons and only children of Dora A.Neal
<br />Hardin, a deceased daughter of William Neal, deceased, in equal shares, to -wit:
<br />William Alfred Hardin, son Casper, Wyoming,
<br />Charles E.Hardin, son, Kansas City, Kansas,
<br />M.M.Ha.rdin, son, Berkeley, California,
<br />An undivided one - sixth interest to the following named sons and only children of Herbert Real, a
<br />deceased son of William Neal, deceased, in equal shares, to -grit:
<br />William Neal and Richard Neal whose address is unkhown.
<br />An undivided one -sixth interest to:
<br />Jennie Babb Viles, a daughter of said William Neal, deceased, by his fi'°st wife, Allertownl Iowa.
