<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Ernest F.Keilig ,
<br />Administrator de bonis non herein,be and the same hereby4approved and allowed as such;further
<br />that Meta Keilig,Ernest F.Keilig,also known as Ernst Keilig,Frank W.Keilig,Maria Keilig Koerner,
<br />Marvin Keilig,Merle F.Keilig and William E.Keilig are all and the only heirs -at -law of said de
<br />ceased,and that the property described in paragraph Fifth hereof,descends according to the laws
<br />of descent and distribution of the State of Nebraska,as found in paragraph Sixth of this decree;
<br />further that said estate has been fully administered and settled and that said Ernest F.Keilig
<br />as Administrator de bonis non herein,be and he hereby is discharged,his bond released and said
<br />estate closed.

<br />LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT, IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN
<br />I, Glen H.Miner, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish, and declare
<br />this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made, in
<br />manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />1.
<br />I hereby direct that my executor, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including
<br />expenses of my last sickness and burial, so soon as is reasonably convenient after my demise, out
<br />of the assets of my estate.

<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Gertrude Miner, all of my property,
<br />of which I may die seized, both real and personal, of whatever nature and wherever situate, in
<br />fee simple title absolute, except my 12 guage autmatic shot gun which I give devise and bequeath
<br />to my son Max; and my Illinois Watch which I bequeath to my son Robert.

<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Gertrude Miner, executrix of this my Last
<br />Will and Testament.
